The withdrawal process on this site is ridiculous, it is limited to £3000 per month although you can deposit as much as you want, even when your withdrawal limit has been reached. Therefor anything you may win you will have to wait until the following month to withdraw, unless you email them and ask them to let you withdraw, then there is a 36hr pending period which gives you ample time to reverse your withdrawal then its 4 working days so all in all nearly a week and a half to get your money after a lengthy wait. The site it self has some great games but the site is slow most of the time and games keep crashing and if you want to self exclude you have to email them.

Stay away from this company. The customer service is shocking and the payout time is ridiculous. I made a withdrawal Thursday 05 Oct, it is now the 11th and it has not even left their financial team.
