Wide variety of sports and bets, many games, slots. They also have a live chat which is available 24/7 in several languages (English, German, Russian).
Unfortunately they closed my account for no reason and confiscated my whole balance including the deposit. I asked them why but they didn't answer. I would like to hear a statement from them. How can they take away my own money?
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we had to close the account due to suspicious betting activity.
There is a long waiting time for the support. The cashback bonus comes with a 50 times wagering - that is in my opinion just a really bad bonus. And in my case it didn't even come automatically, I had to ask several times.
I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble getting the bonus and contacting support. We've double check our support cases and all have a response time of under 4 minutes and we will keep on improving it, so that our clients are happy. We've checked the bonus automation and we will try to find the problem, so that other players don't have to ask for it and they get it automatically. Thank you for the feedback it will help us a lot to improve our service for the players in the future.
It is a good site to play casino games but I hope that they will add more live games. Well, did not encounter any problem when it comes to withdrawing my winnings and depositing funds.
There are a lot of games but I did not find baccarat and craps. I also think that the wagering requirement for the 1st deposit bonus is a bit high. Well, if you have the funds, why not?
Thank you for the feedback. We'll make sure to find and add more live games, for you and the rest of our players to enjoy.
