I am currently waiting for a €250 withdrawal for the second week now. Support keeps making empty promises that it will be processed "right away," but nothing actually happens.
While the actual gameplay on Spelwin.com is fine, you have to prepare for some of the absolute slowest payouts in the industry. This is only my second withdrawal, and I am already fully KYC verified (which was a ridiculously frustrating and illogical process in itself).
The worst part is that you cannot "lock" your withdrawal. It feels like a systematic tactic—they intentionally stall the payout process, hoping you will lose patience, cancel the withdrawal, and gamble the funds away.
I'm giving it 2 stars because you can at least play the games, but I strongly advise against using this site. There are plenty of better casinos out there that respect their players. Avoid this casino.
