We are their affiliate. At the beginning, the experience was positive: communication was responsive, onboarding was smooth, and the team seemed available and collaborative whenever we needed support or information.
DISLIKED
Unfortunately, the experience changed completely when it came to payments. Our commissions have been pending for months and, despite many follow-ups, we still haven't received a clear payment date. They have now stopped replying again. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle affiliates and commissions that were legitimately earned.
