This used to be a very good casino back when I played on it in 2021, and it still has a nice selection of games, sleek interface and a stable server...

The casino has taken a rapid turn for the worse and now resorts to various trickery or even outright lies to prevent players from withdrawing their winnings.

After I deposited some money with a card and won €2500 (no bonus involved), I tried withdrawing it, not expecting any problems because I was already a verified player whose previous payouts were always processed with no issues, but this time I was in for a rude surprise.

The Slotwolf casino first cancelled my withdrawal (what???) and then wanted to verify my payment method (the card I used to deposit) before releasing a payout to it and I complied, but the casino did this simply to waste time. They actually knew that they were never going to pay out anything to it.

After 2 days passed and the card was verified, and I requested the withdrawal again, the casino cancelled it again (!!!!!) and then suddenly messaged me to say that they want me to withdraw to a bank account instead (which, guess what, also needs several days of verification).

The casino knowingly asking for verification of a payment method that it already knows it's not going to allow a payout to, but lying to the player simply to waste their time, is simply beyond the pale. This is especially disappointing considering that I have played at Slotwolf before and even have VIP status there.

It's very sad to see this once fair casino go down the drain. Don't put your money there, because you're unlikely to see it ever again.

I suppose it's a bit of a trend, but a lot of the games have their lower RTP versions. Most popular Pragmatics are in the 94 range, but some of the Hacksaws are really low, like Wanted Dead or a Wild has it's 88.42% version which is very nasty and makes the game unplayable for me. Generally speaking, they seem to be all over the place, some are set at the highest, but you always have to check before playing and sometimes there are disappointing surprises.
