Now here start the problems.
I have signed to this casino through another affiliate site which had a 150% deposit bonus agreement sign up and free spins. When I clicked the link and redirected to the casino, I deposited to take the offer and instead I got nothing, even their regular bonus. I have contacted the support and told them exactly what happened, but they told me that I have to wait for an answer despite I presented them with facts and that it will take a long time. But they said they could offer me easily their own first deposit bonus. As I saw these agents were bored and didn't want to have headaches and they resorted to the easy part, just to credit their own bonus and ditch the offer of their affiliates. I took it like a champ.
After some days I was bombarded in my email inbox with unique and personalized offers which actually were pretty good. One of them was that you could PLAY ANY GAME YOU WANTED EVEN THE RESTRICTED ONES when you usually take a bonus. I took that particular offer because I wanted to play DEAD OR ALIVE 1 AND 2 since you can PLAY ANY GAME OF YOUR CHOICE, but ooops here we go again. None of the restricted games was opening, the agents gave me the same fuzz that I have to wait a lot to see whats going on and blah blah blah. These agents are bored doing their job and helping players resolve problems. The funny thing is that their contact page says that until you say the word CASINO everything is resolved. ;=)
So after all this fuzz I did the best thing I could. Played my balance and just closed my account with them. I like to be in an environment where I want to be cared for, helped and have a good time. This casino doesn't provide all these things, especially their agents.
