Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am filing a complaint against SlotMonster Casino (slotmonster.com, License 8048/JAZ) for unjustly closing my account and withholding my funds.

Issue Summary:

March 9: I registered on SlotMonster and deposited 3,000 USDT (without selecting any bonuses).

I played sports betting and live roulette, increasing my balance to 7,500 USDT.

March 12: I requested a withdrawal of 3,658 USDT, leaving around 4,000 USDT in my account.

March 14: I contacted support to ask about the withdrawal.

March 15: SlotMonster replied that my withdrawal was "being processed" and everything was fine.

March 18: Since my withdrawal was still pending, I sent another email demanding payment.

Shortly after, my account was suddenly closed without any explanation.

Since then, SlotMonster has ignored all my emails.

Total Funds Withheld:

❌ 3,658 USDT (Pending Withdrawal) + 4,000 USDT (Remaining Balance) = 7,658 USDT

Evidence I Can Provide:

Since I cannot access my account, I cannot provide transaction history or withdrawal details. However, I am attaching:

A screenshot confirming that my account is closed.

Emails I sent to SlotMonster, requesting my withdrawal.

Their only response confirmed that my withdrawal was "being processed."

Through a casino review site that
recommended Slotmonster I jumped on a 100% & 350FS welcome offer. The 100% deposit came immediately, but no FS. I have learned from earlier experience that I should not play from the funds until I've cleared everything with Support.

Their site is difficult to navigate, but I finally found the live chat under the FAQ menu at the bottom of the page. A chatbot welcomed me, but didn't understand a word. Not even yes or no. There was no way to end the chat, or start from the beginning. I then sent an email, before I deleted cookies, restarted computer and tried the chat again. This time I came a bit longer. I answered all of the chatbot's questions, and were tranfered to an agent. I waited and waited for almost 24 hours before anyone answered.

In the meantime I started to suspect something was wrong, as it clearly stated 24/7 support in their webpage header. Seeing their account on X was suspended because of terms violation I feared they were bankrupt. I decided I can not play at a casino with this slow response, if they in fact was still operational. In my wallet I saw that my deposit was available for withdrawal, and the bonus was not. I withdraw my money, and immediately lost all bonuses, which is totally fine.

A few hours later an Agent finally answered the live chat and excused for the slow reply and said it was caused by heavy workload due to a peak in requests from new customers. She said that the money would be paid out soon

2 days after the deposit I received an email declining my withdrawal. I had to wager the money 1 time. I replied and with an explanation of why, asking them to reconsider. After all, this problem was caused by them. A Casino can not have 24 hours waiting time on any request? If I have to wager my initial deposit 1 time I risk loosing it all, and without any of the bonuses I initally signed up for I would really pull the "short straw" here.

Another 2 days pass, and I gave up. I started wagering my money 1 time, but lost it all in an hour. The next day I received an email that I have wagered the amount 1 time and I'm welcome to withdraw. Withdraw my balance of 0.-???? What a joke....

The deposit came with a fee of 13% paying by Mastercard.

The game portfolio was rather slim. Couldn't find any of my usual games.

I wouldn't play here again if you paid me to do it!

I recently had a troubling experience with SlotMonster. After a substantial win, my account was closed without clear explanation, and my winnings were declared void. The casino only communicated that my winnings were voided and that my account was closed due to an internal management decision. Despite repeated requests for clarification and justification, I have received no concrete information regarding the reason for this decision.

According to their message, my account has been closed and my winnings declared void. The only action taken was to refund my original deposits, but my winnings have not been returned.

I believe this is not only unfair but also contrary to the rules and transparency expected from a legitimate casino. If my full winnings are refunded within 3 days, I will remove this review and update my feedback.

Update: Should the full amount be refunded as promised, I will remove this review and revise my experience.

I opened an account and was surprised to learn that I could make a deposit as I have a gambling block on my card. What they do is use offshore random companies such as school courses or ticket-selling companies that miscode transactions. They don’t have a UK gambling license and as they are based in Costa Rica, there is no protection for players. Be careful with your card details! After depositing €150, I immediately emailed them to close my account and self-exclude me. Thinking it was done as their terms state it would be done immediately, was harassed by loads of marketing material which triggered my old gambling addiction and 5 days later I made several deposits to again random companies in France and ended up €3000 down. Rent is due soon and I’m done! Contacted live chat in the end and made a complaint to which they acknowledged finding my email and said they understood and I will get an email. Nothing for days. They did block my vpn which also said that the site is not available in my jurisdiction (uk) of course, they need a uk gambling license and shouldn’t accept uk players. Lots of money laundering and no protection so stay away from this site. I’m contacting the fraud department of my bank!
