I played on slotmonster with a 100€ deposit and managed to win just around 1000€, at that point i made a withdrawal to a bank account i had previously used for a withdrawal that worked perfectly and got accepted within hours, however this time, it didnt. I reached out to support after 24 hours to ask them, since I saw in their FAQ that all withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. They had nothing to say, ”we are still looking into your case” and it has been like that for a week now, with constant new tries with the customer service, they keep saying the same thing. ”It’s not going to be like this for long” ”I have escalated the matter”. But nothing is happening.

I can now state this matter is resolved, around 1 hour after this complaint was made public, Slotmonster contacted me and stated that the withdrawal process had suffered some technical difficulties and could not be done. They refunded the balance to my account and told me to try again, and after another hour, it has now been processed and accepted. Now if that is a coincidence or not i do not know

Withdrawal of 1300 euro not getting threw

Hello I won about 1300 euro a little more than two weeks ago and I have been trying to withdraw it since. And every time I do a withdrawal I get an email that my funds are on the way and when I log in to my account my money goes back to my balance.

I have tried to reach out to them several times but I keep getting responses like we have taken this matter further and that they will give me more information when they have it and it's not going anywhere it can't be that hard to transfer money.

Slotmonster Casino - Account closed 7658 USDT withheld

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am filing a complaint against SlotMonster Casino (slotmonster.com, License 8048/JAZ) for unjustly closing my account and withholding my funds.

Issue Summary:

March 9: I registered on SlotMonster and deposited 3,000 USDT (without selecting any bonuses).

I played sports betting and live roulette, increasing my balance to 7,500 USDT.

March 12: I requested a withdrawal of 3,658 USDT, leaving around 4,000 USDT in my account.

March 14: I contacted support to ask about the withdrawal.

March 15: SlotMonster replied that my withdrawal was "being processed" and everything was fine.

March 18: Since my withdrawal was still pending, I sent another email demanding payment.

Shortly after, my account was suddenly closed without any explanation.

Since then, SlotMonster has ignored all my emails.

Total Funds Withheld:

❌ 3,658 USDT (Pending Withdrawal) + 4,000 USDT (Remaining Balance) = 7,658 USDT

Evidence I Can Provide:

Since I cannot access my account, I cannot provide transaction history or withdrawal details. However, I am attaching:

A screenshot confirming that my account is closed.

Emails I sent to SlotMonster, requesting my withdrawal.

Their only response confirmed that my withdrawal was "being processed."

Request for Resolution:

I kindly ask AskGamblers to help ensure that:

SlotMonster provides a valid explanation for closing my account.

My full balance of 7,658 USDT will be paid immediately.

SlotMonster is held accountable for its unfair practices.

Delayed withdrawal with slotmonster

I won €2000 on SlotMonster around 14 days ago and requested a withdrawal via crypto. However, my request was declined because the casino informed me that since I deposited using a credit card, I must withdraw using a bank transfer instead of crypto. I then submitted a bank transfer request, but there wasn't enough space in the form to include all the necessary intermediary bank details. Despite this, my request was rejected again. I followed up by emailing all of my bank information and asking for assistance in withdrawing my funds. Every day, I am told that my case is under review and that I will receive a response, but nothing has happened so far.
