Slotmonster Casino - Account closed 7658 USDT withheld

I am filing a complaint against SlotMonster Casino (slotmonster.com, License 8048/JAZ) for unjustly closing my account and withholding my funds.
Issue Summary:
March 9: I registered on SlotMonster and deposited 3,000 USDT (without selecting any bonuses).
I played sports betting and live roulette, increasing my balance to 7,500 USDT.
March 12: I requested a withdrawal of 3,658 USDT, leaving around 4,000 USDT in my account.
March 14: I contacted support to ask about the withdrawal.
March 15: SlotMonster replied that my withdrawal was "being processed" and everything was fine.
March 18: Since my withdrawal was still pending, I sent another email demanding payment.
Shortly after, my account was suddenly closed without any explanation.
Since then, SlotMonster has ignored all my emails.
Total Funds Withheld:
❌ 3,658 USDT (Pending Withdrawal) + 4,000 USDT (Remaining Balance) = 7,658 USDT
Evidence I Can Provide:
Since I cannot access my account, I cannot provide transaction history or withdrawal details. However, I am attaching:
A screenshot confirming that my account is closed.
Emails I sent to SlotMonster, requesting my withdrawal.
Their only response confirmed that my withdrawal was "being processed."
