This is to inform you that I have been a verified member on the casino since 2023 and have even received a withdrawal before.

On 25/8/2025, I deposited $43 and won $600 in total. I then went to live chat, and Ronald advised me that I should choose CoinDraw in which I did.

Immediately, my withdrawal was denied. I received an email i need to change my withdrawal method, which I did, but all withdrawal methods were blocked instead.

I went back onto live chat, and Ronald advised that the account has now been revoked.

I also never received any email from the casino confirming any reason for this. I also sent the casino emails, but there was no reply. I can't access the casino as my account is now blocked.

I chatted on live chat as a visitor, and at least 3 agents immediately closed the chat after telling me my account was revoked and the decision is final.

The casino is unprofessional, as there was not even an email confirming any action from them.

The casino has sent me back-to-back deposit bonus promotions that prompted me to deposit, but after winning $600 now my account has been revoked without reason, which is not fair.

I won $1200 on the 10th of December and cashed out that same day. There are no bonuses attached to this withdraw. It has been processing this whole time and about 4 days ago, Miles one of the CS people told me it would be approved by morning and all the other CS people just keep telling me it has been escalated but they have no other information ! I contact them at least once a day and I am always nice but this runaround is getting old. They had told me my November statement was not approved and when I asked why they said not enough activity on the account and so I sent in 8 more statements showing more than enough activity and thats when Miles said it would be approved by morning. It just takes time he said !

Making a withdrawal from this casino is a ridiculous amount of effort. I uploaded all of my verification documents. I was then told it would take 7 to 10 days to process my withdrawal. I reached out after 8 days, and they said they had issues making a wire transfer to my bank. I can receive international wire transfers, and I provided the information my bank gave me. They will not process it. I am still waiting to figure out how to get my money. If they only pay out Canadians in Bitcoin, they should only accept deposits in Bitcoin. I submitted a withdraw for 1300.00 at slot madness casino on 12/20/23. After getting the usual 1 month run around you get at most casinos when trying to withdraw I went back into my account right now and the whole entire withdraw request is gone like it never existed. When I withdrew from another one of their casinos it did not happen like that i could always see the withdraw request. Can you please check to see what is going on with them.
