The only casino I've actually won something decent on and had no problem cashing out. Won around $800 twice. When I sent in my documentation everything was approved fairly quick.

Haven't won anything since then and not enough no deposit bonuses or free spins given. I've deposited with my visa debit card but it hasn't let me cash out with it, I have to go through an online wallet. I don't have much more to complain about.

I haven't been paid nearly 300,000 since 2015. I have all the withdrawal screenshots and all other relevant documentation but have just been given a abysmal run around. My acc blocked so I can't get in they even tried to cover their tracks by deleting emails luckily I saved them. Shame on you royal Vegas I will be taking this matter further

A lot of games, it pays fair, live games are good quality

Large payout more than 1000$ can take up to two weeks to approve. This is stupid. Recommend people to not play Royal Vegas. Live support and Operation team that approves withdrawals got 0 communication. Don't expect live support to help u about withdrawals. You can just wait until Operation team updates live support

The best thing is they don't do business with Australia now

I won 400.00 two days before closing to Australia. They used every delaying tactic that they could not to pay. In 7 years I had never been asked to provide identity documents but they asked me to provide them 2 days after closing to Australia then refused to answer emails and kept disconnecting me on live chat. I sent documents 5 times and they kept saying that they didn't get them. Months went by so I decided to give up on my money. I sent a final email letting them know exactly what I thought about them and said I would post about them on every website and social media pages I found. I never thought I would hear from them again but 3 days later the money was in my account and I received an email advising me that all 5 copies had finally arrived and been approved. They thanked me for being a loyal member and hoped to one day do business again. 70 days it took to get my money. I am so glad Australia doesn't have to deal with them anymore.

Pure scam! When you deposit $120 they automatically add you a bonus and then you can't withdraw until you get $9000.I contacted customer service and mentioned that I have proof that I never asked for any bonuses, but they said they couldn't do anything and that if I need to file a complaint I can do that. LeoVegas is a much better online casino, at least they don't scam people and keep on calling them on their phones.

One of the first casinos i joined online. Enjoyed playing here and won a few times.

Don't like the 48 hour pending time as it is only on business days and you have to wait from Thursday until Tues for a withdrawal to process. Also closed my account when a chat rep said i was being rude by asking questions about my account Now attempting to reopen my account and they are denying that they are restricted from play in Canada.

The layout and variety is good, easy to surf, and they reply fast on live chat.

It's simply a scam with the bonus and payout, don't get me wrong I won big money, and couldn't withdraw a penny as I had to play 50* the bonus on slot machines. Only imagine I played more than 1000 $ and couldn't withdraw a $.

This casino was wonderful when I signed up over 7 years ago. The payouts were great, bonuses were amazing and the customer service was fast.

This casino has had major changes over the past few years and now their customer service is awful, their payouts are garbage and wins are almost non existent. After being a faithful customer for over 7 years I have finally closed my account and won't look back. Fortune Lounge has lost itself in the market and there are many better places to play.

I have played here for 15 years and in that time it was first on the list of casinos. I haven't been playing for some time and I have changed currency in my account but when I done that they asked me to verify my account all over again ... and that verification process is more tightened

I have sent a bunch of email in different email addresses and I didn't got an answer. That's the only casino that provides Microgaming and no other providers. I have decided to stop playing there when i saw what other are saying about it.

The only reason it has one star is because you have to give at least one star before you can submit a review. Customer service is really terrible. After looking at some of the other reviews, it seems that is a problem for a lot of the players. I would suggest that these people that work in customer service should be given some training and if that doesn't help give them their walking papers. The wait time of LIVE CHAT is a joke. When I finally gave up and sent an email instead I was told too much time had passed had to do it within minutes of deposit. Very hard to do if you can't get a response from Live Chat in that time, and response to emails is 24 - 48 hours. I would not recommend Royal Vegas Casino to anyone.

I had before good time in this casino, i played the last 5 years and was good before, but the last year the casino was very bad,

They deduct from all my withdrawals 12% fees for the casino even I lost too much in this casino!
Very bad support, very slow withdrawal process, they have just Microgaming slots.
I will never recommend this casino, keep away from this casino.
I stopped playing and I switched to another one,i lost more than 40000 and they don’t give me any bonus, even when I make withdrawal they deduct 12% for the casino!!

After spending quite money over time on Royal Vegas.Attempted my third time withdrawal and not impressed. It's just unfortunate to get such a hassle once you win anything and try to withdraw money. Sent document in and never get my money, they're ask to sent document over and over. I wish I has read review about this site as I would of never joined. I would warn anyone and everyone aviod using Royal Vegas.

After spending quite some. Money over time on royal Vegas as well as sister casinos I have recently attempted my first withdrawal and am not impressed to say the least. Chat staff are in no way interested in helping solve any issues, concerns or disputes and are plain rude. Pending and processing time is more than I was originally advised and keep getting told untrue and false answers as to when my withdrawal will be complete as an attempt to temporarily keep me happy.

Way too long for a withdrawal and what makes it so much worse is to be told wrong or misleading information by rude untrained staff who are mostly not helpful. When messaged via whatsapp three times I got no reply and when called several times not one time did anybody pick up the phone.

More than disappointing.

Absolutely nothing positive to say about this casino, the delay time is way over 15 mins on live chat, then they don't answer questions. Very rude!

Not much to crow about... same games as most other casinos.

Won $20k, after my initial withdrawal passed the (over) 48hr pending period I was contacted by phone to provide documents, which I did within 15min of the call. A pop up kept appearing telling me to submit same documents, and so I called support and they said that it was ok, pop up would disappear... then a few hours later I received an email stating:
"Since we still have not received all of your required verification documents, we have reversed your recent withdrawal back to your gaming account. As soon as we receive and approve your documentation, you may request another withdrawal it will be processed without delay."

Like I said, this was merely hours after the (over) 48hrs it took my withdrawal to pass the pending period and AFTER I had submitted the required documents via email to the same casino rep who called me. I've NEVER played at a casino where they return funds to your account AFTER the initial reversible period! Typically this was now wednesday, it would have to be pending again for another 48hrs, which is obviously where they want you to blow all the money! So friday afternoon in Sth Africa (where they're based) rolls around and surprise surprise, I now had to wait until their Monday before anything would happen! It really is so dishonest. They know that you're probably a big gambler and therefore incredibly likely to spend that money and not have anything left to collect.. In the end I cashed out just over $5k, but of course they have a ridiculous rule I've not encountered anywhere else where you can only receive $5k a week of any amount you withdraw.

On top of this, if you contact support via anything but phone it is incredibly time consuming, 10min between exchanges, they're really rude, close the chat, and don't actually solve a damn thing!

Give these guys a miss if you're not up for being totally messed around!

Okay, so I read horrid reviews about Royal Vegas AFTER I had played for the first time. I was fortunate enough to win and withdrew my winnings. I was very concerned about my withdrawal and expected massive delays, errors, and constant communication with the casino (based on the reviews). I must say, this was NOT the case. I withdrew 3000 and it took 7 days from beginning to the end, my money was in my bank (via SWIFT) on the seventh day. Verification of documents was a breeze and the entire process went smoothly.

I will definitely play at this casino again. 😊

Nothing special. Just like other casinos! Same games!!!

I wish I had come here before playing at this casino. Good grief deposit bonus is 50x wagering requirement. I felt like I played all day trying to play it out. Got fed up and just did whatever so it would all just end. Now seeing these issues with withdrawals I am glad I never made it that far. Will stay away from now on!!!!

Some cool games, if you win bonus but, beware on getting your money withdrawn. It is a forever hassle.

Well I won a progressive plus some other winnings $5,500 - it was a head ache just to receive my money.
Sent documents in and got denied and asked for other documents.
In the end I just spent the money in casino where it could of paid of study fees or went towards medical expenses. This is the first time iI have ever played an online casino and to be honest iI will warn all people.
This sight has worst customer service, they also lost a $400 bank transfer and confiscated $1001.00.

Emails were never emailed within the 12hrs and when I rang via telephone apparently the man could not assist me and told me to email.

I wish I had read the reviews about this site as I would of never joined.

so, just bare in mind while you are paying to play their casino - they are happy to take your money
But, when you are wanting your winnings to get a head in bills , self improvement or house hold items - they do not care and will make you jump thru hoops.

The game play is pretty good. I like many of the games - it's just unfortunate to get such a hassle once you win anything and try to withdraw money.

I (like many others it seems) have had very negative experiences when it comes to making withdrawals.Extremely frustrating.The customer support through chat is very, very poor.Recently wanted to withdraw $850.My cc showed in the bank as a withdrawal method.I used it. Didn't work. Had to contact customer service. Took about an hour to have someone tell me withdrawals don't work to debit cards. I said its a credit card not a debit card. Didn't matter to the support person, they had no other answer for me.I had to try something else so I asked if there were any fees using Swift. I was told No. There are absolutely no fees to use Swift to withdraw. Great.

Later when I went to make the withdrawal I chatted again and asked again...Any fees using Swift? No they said, no fees. Great. So I did the $850 and only $815 was deposited to my bank.It took 2.5 weeks and over 2 hours of my time for support to NOT provide me with an answer on where that money went.They just kept claiming it was my bank that charged me.I told them, there is no charge for $35 on my bank statement.The money never got to my bank.On the last chat I had, The guy came back after 30 minutes and said, "David, from our side we paid the full 850" I replied - Yes I have understood that right from the start. I know that you paid out $850 but the problem is – I only received $835. My question has always been - Why did RV tell me there were no fees to withdrawal using Swift when clearly there are fees? Why would you do that? Why wouldn't you just tell me there would be a fee?
His answer: "I think the reason that they advised that there is no fees is because we dont ask any fees"
Just meaningless rubbish.I spent a lot of my time trying to get an answer on where that $35 went because of the principal of the matter (not the money - totally not worth my time for that amount of money) and I NEVER got an answer from them other than the above reply.

I would warn anyone and everyone against using Royal Vegas simply because if you do have an issue, you will not get support from them.Horrible customer service experience. One of the worst I've ever had in my life. The real capper that made me realize how bad it is was at the end of the last chat I said, Look I’ve had a really poor experience here and I’ve spent quite a bit of time and no one has answered my question.Is that not worth some kind of customer satisfaction amount? Like maybe even a small amount like the $35 in question? His answer – absolutely classic:
“unfortunately I cannot do that, specially because of the recent winnings you had”

Royal Vegas does not want you to win so don’t use them.

Customer service is horrible!! They never want to help you to the point where they will just the the conversation. They never give out a bonus for being a loyal customer where spi. Palace will if u ask. They have such good games and website layout its a shame they lack the customer service aspect :(

Not much to be honest but I have to write 50 characters here.

Customer Service is beyond terrible and rude. Trying to get a $100 cash withdrawl is like pulling teeth. Both chats to customer service took over 30mins for simple requests like the verification / withdrawl procedure etc... AVOID at all costs so many better online casino's. Still trying to withdrawal initial deposit amount days later.

Their management team handled my self exclusion request very professional and confirmed that they passed on the information to Microgaming so I will not be able to gamble online at affiliated casinos.

When I asked for email confirming that I was on self exclusion list at Microgaming, no one from Royal Vegas replied to my request; I am very disappointed as I was given wrong information and was indeed able to gamble at another casino (Microgaming).

I am still waiting for someone to email me confirmation that I am indeed on that list.
