This is beyond infuriating I've been waiting on a withdrawal that was processed on the 31st of March April 7th and I was previously verified and have sent in every document that was needed have been very kind was told that my documents were approved and my withdrawal would be processed and sent out and then I was told it isn't they are just messing around and are trying to stall and not pay me and that is very unfair as I spent over $13,000 in the last month and the withdrawal is for $2,250 so I would like to put some pressure on Royal Vegas to get this situation dealt with immediately I have attached photos and screenshots of the chats the withdrawal and every piece of evidence I have

Doesn't surprise me at all once again royal Vegas casino is taking their time to reply to their so important gamblers/ clients whatever you want to call us that is not how a professional Casino should operate I understand you guys are busy but there should be priorities and priorities being it's been nearly two weeks since this was processed.
