So I have been playing rocket casino for about a month now and I finally won enough to withdraw so I requested too withdraw 200$ On the 16/7/21 and not knowing about the verification it was refunded, so I uploaded all documents required and it was pending, I continued to play and tried to withdraw again 300$ On the 19/7/21 it also was cancelled and my verification wasn’t approved. I ended up playing all the money and lost my fault.

Now I deposited 100$ on the 02/08/21 and have uploaded more specific I'd to get verified, I Had won 4000$ And just tried to withdraw as I didn’t want to be tempted to play it down, I tried to withdraw because it says verification is usually come notice when a withdraw has been tried.

Once I filled out the bank transfer correct, I would click submit and it would just say (you can’t leave anything blank) when I had filled it in. I contacted the account manager and sent him screenshots and he told me too log out and back in as well as clear my cache and cookies, I did so and still didn’t work he said he had written a ticket to tech support so they can try fix it right away, which was fine, but than he kept offering me some 20% bonus if I play 3000 dollars more and if I lose I’ll get bonus money back.

I said I don’t feel comfortable playing until I am able to withdraw and have that piece of mind, he said he understood but kept trying too tempt me too keep playing and he said *as your account manager I can try and pull strings to help me cash out my winnings if I wager/bet/play at least 3000 dollars win or lose * which I found suspect like he can make my withdraw happen “if” I wager and play more money. After I said Thank you for the offer but I’ll wait until I can withdraw and than be happy too play again. And after I said no to the offer he had been short with me and not much contact, I still can’t withdraw account still not verified.

I understand technical difficulties happen and he has not been rude or anything just a little suspect with that offer otherwise the communication isn’t bad but the system is not very good and I have seen on this page other people complaining and having troubles with there withdrawal until they contact Askgamblers, so please help me get my money I had won. I have screenshot of emails and my account and so fourth if you need them.
