Don't like that they have limits when playing on bonus on which slot you can play and still play them, or that they have max bet on bonus but not a single notification. I did 2 spins by mistake on a new slot, this result that support didn't allow me to take out my winning. A good casino with bad communicated T&C's and bonus rules and no UI to follow the rules.

I understand why verification is important and happy to provide details about this but I am angry at how Redbet have asked for unusual verification which my bank even called a 'special request'. The fact that logically, if my bank card only works at my registered address means if I prove my address then I am also proving the card belongs to someone at that address and by proving my name which matches my address means I live there, why on earth do they need a "proof of card ownership" letter from the bank?

I am currently wasting more than an hour of my time getting this document which no other betting site has ever asked for. If I had been asked for this on deposit then I could have sent a picture of the card but as they have requested it on withdrawal, the card has expired and I no longer have it.

The customer service is a joke and they closed my account so can't even use the funds. Don't use Redbet if you want your winnings anytime soon. Probably easier to get a selfie with the queen.

The games are pretty good and the bonuses are just ok, but I had some issues with payouts and deposits. Also, claiming the bonuses was a bit tough sometimes and I spent hours trying to talk to their support staff.

These guys have been around for a while now. I think I've had an account here for many years, and they've always been reliable in my experience.

Only really play Immortal Romance - wasn't working on the site and was told it's not available in the UK now? Weird as other sites still show it. Cancelled account due to this but really only this alone. However, never had more than a 140 quid win.

A month ago I liked this casino, but not now and why is that I explained in dislike section below.

For sometime now, Netent games are not working on iPhone. Also other games do not work on iPhone. I was trying to open some games on desktop and received error message as well. What has gone wrong with this casino, because a month ago everything was working fine on desktop, laptop and mobile.

Also I don't like that there are no British Pounds option for deposits and withdrawals. I think they've got a huge group of players from UK. No Paypal option, which is fastest and cheap method of depositing and withdrawing funds.

Also verification process is anoying. First they ask you to send your credit cards as full verification and few days later they ask you to send them ID and a copy of bank or energy bill, but it must be a paper version scanned. What if I have opted out from paper bills and have only electronic version??? Nonsens!!!

No games work can't even withdraw ended up losing £100 on a small selection of games that would work I noticed no NETENT games work what so ever.

Made a deposit of £100 didn't receive any bonus none of the games would work on my iPhone 6 decided to withdraw after an hour of trying. received an email the next day that they cancelled my withdrawal until I explained why asking why I withdrew without spending I told them why then received an email saying I can now withdraw but the page wouldn't load to redo the withdrawal only a choice of about 4 games would work so ended up spending it and losing. If they had just given me my withdrawal the first time I would've been happy all seemed a bit dodgy from the start I won't be using again I have permanently excluded myself.
