Dear player, Thanks for your feedback. Please note that wire transfer option is used by players for big amounts starting from 1000 euro. Yes, we do have a fee of 90 euro for it, but if you have limited cash out options we can make it free of charge for you and of course we can transfer a smaller amount. If you face an issues like that you can always contact support and we can deal with that. Regarding credit cards cash out the limit per transaction is 250 euro, but you can make multiple requests for 250 euro with a cap of 1000 euro per day. We have just added crypro deposits - Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin so it is going to be much easier for players to deposit and cash out.

There are a couple of things that could be better. I feel like site design could be a bit cleaner and more modern. Had some weird lag when I loaded too many slots on the main page. Withdrawing is made very difficult & expensive. I deposited via Rapid Transfer (Bank Transfer); then I won a little; then I tried to withdraw via bank transfer; just to learn that the withdrawal fee was 90 euros! (For any amount I guess) Ok, I thought that was too expensive. Then I tried to withdraw through Visa; well I couldn't, because the deposit was not made through it. I had to make a deposit through Visa. Ok, I did it. Then I found out, that via Visa, you can only withdraw 250 euros at a time!? Even from that sum, there would be a withdrawal fee of 6,25 euros? And every time you withdraw, they take the fee out of your withdrawal. This was totally outrageous to me. As a result, I ended up gambling away my winnings. I suppose this is what their whole system is also aiming at. Congratulations. Closed my account & will never play there again!
