The delays and all my correspondence are met with automated responses. It's been almost a month and 20 days now and I still can't withdraw my money. They keep telling me they're responding and the withdrawal will be processed, but I wait in vain. I've run out of patience and need a solution.
I receive a response, and they always tell me there's a problem or issue with the payment provider.

I contacted their support system and they told me they'll let the "payments team" know about it but nothing was done afterwards. This happened on multiple occasions. When I go to my verification status, it says my account doesn't need to be verified at the moment, and the support said nothing about verification either. So I'm not sure what's causing this major delay and I'd like some assistance in that rearguard. Thank you.

I requested a withdrawal of €200 on 30 November 2025. The withdrawal has been pending for more than 15 days.

Customer support repeatedly states that the withdrawal is under processing by the finance department but provides no explanation or timeframe. No verification documents have been requested.

I have been a regular player at Rabona with many deposits and successful withdrawals in the past. However, my current withdrawal has been stuck in “Pending” for 3 days without any progress.

Whenever I contact support, they only tell me that the withdrawal is “okay” and that the operators are checking it, but they do not provide any concrete details or a timeframe.

I even asked proactively if completing KYC verification would help speed up the process, but support refused and said it was not required. This makes the situation more concerning, especially after reading many recent negative user experiences regarding delayed withdrawals.

At this point I am worried because I have received no clear explanation for the delay.
I kindly request assistance to resolve this issue and have my withdrawal processed as soon as possible.

Details:

I requested a withdrawal of 500 on 12 of october.
Since then, I have received only generic, automated responses from Rabona’s support, with no progress or transparency.
This is not the first time I’ve faced such delays with Rabona. A previous complaint (resolved partially thanks to your intervention) involved a similar issue, proving this is a recurring problem with their service.

I have already attempted to resolve this directly with Rabona via email and live chat, but they continue to stall without providing a valid reason or solution. I kindly ask for your assistance to escalate this matter and ensure my funds are released promptly.

Rabona Casino - They are not processing withdrawal EUR500

This is my second bad experience with this site, having requested a €500 withdrawal on 11 October at 01:00AM, I find myself 5 days later still waiting to get my request processed, this never moved from “Under review” and when I contact the support chat I keep getting same responses I got the last time “ Thank you for waiting. I have checked your withdrawal and there seems to be a delay in processing.”.
This goes on and on and there is not response as to when will they actually process the payment. Attached screenshot of the withdrawal request.
Please help resolving yet another issue with this operator (they seem to be same group as Playzilla - same issues on every withdrawal request, and the others on group - Nomini, Spinbara, Pistolo, etc)

Hello,

I had a request to close my account and a pending withdrawal for $1500 CAD which I was looking to have both completed. I wanted to have my account closed, after I had my withdrawal completed.

I received an email this morning that my account was closed, however the withdrawal was not completed. I have since not been able to make contact with anyone. They seem to be holding my withdrawal hostage, and I am not sure why they would close the account without clearing the withdrawal.

I am hoping you can help me get in contact with someone on their site, as they are extremely hard to get in contact with.

Their website and the layout and style they used is nice.

They have almost all the sport events.

They offer crypto deposit/withdraw.

They have 24h support ( but not for financial related question, ex, withdraw/deposit questions )

I deposit with Ethereum, it’s been 24 hours and my deposit never processed, in their website is pending, even though it already confirmed in blockchain explorer and ETH is already in their wallet. I contacted their live chat several time the only answer I get is just WAIT. I sent an email as well, they saying we are checking, but its take too long. I’ll wait a bit more, I hope they are not another scam.

I already provide transaction details from my crypto wallet & blockchain explorer where the transaction is confirmed and the ETH is already in their Ethereum wallet address. I don't know why it take so much for them to process my deposit.

I also opened a withdraw request this morning and it's still pending, so currently, from payment point of view, this site is a red flag. I hope I am wrong and get back from them soon.

For now, I'll give them 2 stars, I’ll update the status here if I get back from them.

UPDATE: 48 hours is passed, still my deposit is pending. I sent another email to follow up about my deposit, same answer as before: WAIT!

How long should I wait, I deposit by crypto, all crypto transactions are processed instantly, but now is 48 hours and no one answer me why my deposit is pending, even though it's clear ( By checking blockchain explorer ) that the transaction is confirmed and ETH is already in their wallet.

My withdraw is also pending, withdraw is also using crypto, which suppose to be fast!

if I don't get any proper explanation by end of today, to me rabona is a scam, for now, if you want to open an account with them, STAY AWAY.

I'll update here if I get any response.

Very low withdrawal limits with 500€ per day. And even that is not true. The casino claims that it is processing every 3 working days a withdrawal request. But they have every time a new excuse for postponing to the next day. Finace dept is overloaded and such excuses. And as you're not able to have more than 3 open withdrawals you can't even issue new ones for days. On the one hand side they are very strict with their 500€ per day policy and on the other hand they are giving not priority to process withdrawals. Even though it is a really nice casino, I cannot recommend to play there if you are also plan to withdraw money from the casino

The layout of this site is fantastic.
Easy to navigate.
Customer service is very friendly and available 24/7.

I must admit, this is the worst casino of all online casinos.

1. Some slots got huge errors even if u have very fast connection. Send screenshots to Rabona but it seems they don’t care.
2. Withdrawal limit is 500€ a day and on a month 10000€.
What if u win 30k? Then guess I need to wait for months to receive the money. This is ridiculous.
3. Customer service is friendly but every question I ask, they must forward to the „Manager“
4. I spend more then 5000€ in this casino and receive only 25€ bonus. This is a complete joke.
5. The financial department takes for one withdrawal 5 days. So if u win, you wait 1 week to receive the maximum amount 500€.
6. The Sportbook side offers a lot of sports, but the odds are horrible low.
7. Cashout is most of the time not available.

So I don’t recommend this casino. This is a horrible experience

A lot of games, layout is simple but effective, customer service is friendly but it shows that they have these policies to delay withdrawals as much as possible.

Very scammy when it comes to withdrawals, only 500€ max withdrawal. The site is coded in a way that makes you think that you have already requested the withdrawal. After 72hours they replied that you don't have active withdrawals even though the site said so. Then they will process withdrawals very long time 72hours / 500€ withdrawal and don't do it during the weekends and you can't have more than 3 withdrawals pending. You can't close account for the remainder of time or you can't close account so they would process the money. Scammy site never ever deposit here horrible.
