The delays and all my correspondence are met with automated responses. It's been almost a month and 20 days now and I still can't withdraw my money. They keep telling me they're responding and the withdrawal will be processed, but I wait in vain. I've run out of patience and need a solution.
I receive a response, and they always tell me there's a problem or issue with the payment provider.

I contacted their support system and they told me they'll let the "payments team" know about it but nothing was done afterwards. This happened on multiple occasions. When I go to my verification status, it says my account doesn't need to be verified at the moment, and the support said nothing about verification either. So I'm not sure what's causing this major delay and I'd like some assistance in that rearguard. Thank you.

I requested a withdrawal of €200 on 30 November 2025. The withdrawal has been pending for more than 15 days.

Customer support repeatedly states that the withdrawal is under processing by the finance department but provides no explanation or timeframe. No verification documents have been requested.

Whenever I contact support, they only tell me that the withdrawal is “okay” and that the operators are checking it, but they do not provide any concrete details or a timeframe.

I even asked proactively if completing KYC verification would help speed up the process, but support refused and said it was not required. This makes the situation more concerning, especially after reading many recent negative user experiences regarding delayed withdrawals.

At this point I am worried because I have received no clear explanation for the delay.

I requested a withdrawal of 500 on 12 of october.
Since then, I have received only generic, automated responses from Rabona’s support, with no progress or transparency.
This is not the first time I’ve faced such delays with Rabona. A previous complaint (resolved partially thanks to your intervention) involved a similar issue, proving this is a recurring problem with their service.

I have already attempted to resolve this directly with Rabona via email and live chat, but they continue to stall without providing a valid reason or solution. I kindly ask for your assistance to escalate this matter and ensure my funds are released promptly.

Rabona Casino - They are not processing withdrawal EUR500

This is my second bad experience with this site, having requested a €500 withdrawal on 11 October at 01:00AM, I find myself 5 days later still waiting to get my request processed, this never moved from “Under review” and when I contact the support chat I keep getting same responses I got the last time “ Thank you for waiting. I have checked your withdrawal and there seems to be a delay in processing.”.
This goes on and on and there is not response as to when will they actually process the payment. Attached screenshot of the withdrawal request.
Please help resolving yet another issue with this operator (they seem to be same group as Playzilla - same issues on every withdrawal request, and the others on group - Nomini, Spinbara, Pistolo, etc)

Hello,

I had a request to close my account and a pending withdrawal for $1500 CAD which I was looking to have both completed. I wanted to have my account closed, after I had my withdrawal completed.

I received an email this morning that my account was closed, however the withdrawal was not completed. I have since not been able to make contact with anyone. They seem to be holding my withdrawal hostage, and I am not sure why they would close the account without clearing the withdrawal.

I am hoping you can help me get in contact with someone on their site, as they are extremely hard to get in contact with.

I really liked the Rabona casino, beautiful visual site, available deposit and withdrawal methods that I usually use, and of course the fast and pleasant live chat service.

I will definitely come back to Rabona Casino :)
I have nothing to complain about. The only drawback I see is that many games, unfortunately some, are not available in my country.
So far I have no more objections.

You can expect that Rabona Casino is a solid platform because it has some solid notable developers in the game catalogue.
When it comes to the payment systems, you can expect that the payment options are important. You can also play on this site using the smartphone which is key because they can play on the go rather than sitting down and playing on a PC or laptop.

The negatives are interesting because the lack of a live chat is noticeable and the bugs on the site should be fixed quickly because it ruins the experience and I hope it’s good.

I really like the design and the games variety. The interface is friendly and easy to use, I like the games suggestions in "TOP" category, every time I discover some new games there.

The withdrawal delays are horrible, they pay according to some schedule and usually to start receiving payment takes several days.
Although the livechat support is available 24/7 it feels like the agents are not very knowledgeable, whatever issue I may have they ask to email support instead of resolving this right away on the chat..

The design of the website is very smart, understandable, and comfortable. There is a dashboard for your comfort with the all sections of the casino.
And as I see there is a sports betting section. I`ve never tried this kind of gambling activity before.

Some games may be restricted for my region and may freeze a little bit. I had some questions about the license and the withdrawal process. but I was asked to wait up to 20 mins.
I don`t think that my questions are difficult or something and need such a long time to answer.

Incredibly long withdrawal times! Several times I waited for withdrawal for 4-5 days. Now I have been waiting for more than a week, from December 16.
Today they sent me an email that they plan to transfer the winnings on December 27, that is, 11 days after the application! And we are talking about a small amount, about $ 150.
By all accounts, the casino is in big trouble and is about to close. So I don't recommend playing there.

It has some games that I haven’t seen in any other online casino. They’re not good but the variety would be appreciated better if they added more new slots for a new approach...
At least it's a bit comforting to know that Rabona Casino has provider games like Microgaming.

Variety is appreciated but this casino lacks them. The slots are weak and the sportsbet markets are too few. I would have given a higher rating if only I had more choices available to me, hoping to see them add these soon the next time I play :)
