Amazing customer service. Very fair Casino I think one of the best in 2020. I'm level 37 A-lister. They look after loyal costumers, with special offers even if is a bad day, they try to make you happy. I'm playing on online casinos up to 10 years I tried all the casinos what is available in the UK, but I never see on any other casinos, the professional team like on Ojo.

NONE OF THE ABOVE can hide the fact that they have ZERO SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY towards their players. After putting through tens of thousands, I won once and then it all went wrong......... firstly, the withdrawal took forever (you cant lock withdrawals either- funny that isnt it!......) and then I was emailed with cashback offers and freespins etc like vultures...... So their plan is to with-hold your withdrawal and hassle you with offers until you give in.... and then try and complain and see what happens.... CLOSED MY ACCOUNT.

This is by far my favorite casino. They have a wide range of providers and different games. They are also quick to pay out. They have almost 24 hours of live chat. They also have a daily drop jackpot that I love.

The only thing I regret is that you sometimes have to wait a long time for the live chat. In addition, I think paying 5% to make a paysafecard payment is a lot. But you can also pay for free in other ways, which is good. Keep it up PLAYOJO! :)

Very serious concerns regarding social responsibility toward players. I won £30,000 (most I’d win before ever was £500 or so), places a withdrawal (£10,000 limit) and activated a time out given my gambling nature (previously used time outs, set limits and breaks, etc). Suddenly, the withdrawals took a lot, lot longer and my account manager emailed.

(Time out still active bearing in mind) The email congratulated me on my win, cool. The email then put some free spins in my account (not even sure that’s legal during a time out?), and MOST disturbingly, set me a challenge:

The challenge was to reach level 45 from 37 (I think), in reward for a spa break away.

As a problem gambler, my instinct was to go for it. Meanwhile, withdrawals still taking forever and the time out is nearing its end.

At the end of the time out, I played a bit to see if I could reach the target.

Approx. £15,000 later I did, in return for a £100 voucher.

After this gargantuan loss, the irresponsible behaviour didn’t stop.

On one day, I’d deposited 17 times totalling £2,400 and another account manager emailed to say “you’ve still got kickers available. Keep up the good work!!!”.

All of the money is gone, PlayOJO broke so many social responsibly codes it’s untrue.

PlayOJO have ruined my life; don’t let them ruin yours.

I love it it’s a great site loads of incentives little treats along the way a really good selection of games, love slingo. I’ve had problems their staff dealt with it efficiently can’t fault it, to all the moaners that lose money it’s gambling gotta be in it to win it

Site is sometimes glitchy, it’s said I have an unfinished game for 6 months click on it ......I don’t....next time I log in the same... other than that spot on.

Good Casino overall. Good games, easy to navigate site, easy to understand concepts. I like their offers, I wouldn't mind to get more honestly but I'm not the biggest player either.

I don't like they aggressive marketing - they claim to be the only ones in the industry that give cashback when people lose or win when there are plenty of Casino that reward your experience either poor of good. Pretty much everything I liked about this casino. I have been playing for about a year online casino and the casino in the city once in awhile. The most I ever won was playing Ojo. I really like fire joker, best won was 700$ in single spin. Get some beer and play on, cheers.

The only thing I disliked was uploading the documents, a person should do it and get them verified before spending too much money. Other than that, couldn't expect anything to be better.

I have been registered right from the start with PlayOJO. I understand it's tough to keep the amount of momentum going forward as OJO had when they first opened, but the downhill slide over this past year almost, it has been nothing short of a trainwreck, and it continues to today. Their kickers bonus section, for me anyhow, hasnt been operating correctly for over a month now. Everytime I use a kicker something goes wrong, but instead of looking into this matter with their tech guys, they blame me for messing it up some how. They need to get up and brush themselves off and look forward, and forget about the crap in the past because they are in a tailspin

Customer service abysmal. Two different agents on Live Chat gave me incorrect info and then apologised when I corrected them. My documentation was verified confirming my name and address and had the chummy email thanking me. Two days later, they delayed payment as they said I had changed my name? Well, yes I did...8 years ago but what’s that got to do with anything? My documents were accepted for good reason.....they display my CURRENT name. One agent said he would award me free spins for all the time I had spent trying to sort this out....that never materialised. Emailed them 7 hours ago asking for my points to be addressed. Deafening silence.

What i dislike is the fact that when you first join up with ojo, you get lots of free rewards which are great but ive noticed now im vip. I dont seem to get many free rewards at all. The more you level up the less you seem to get. Unless its the random 5/10 free spins which are pointless but still love the site

I wagered £100 in 60p turns on a slot and did not trigger bonus free spins once. How is that possible? At first playing the same game I would get the free spins around every £20 wagered.

There is no doubt that their actual cash bonuses with no play through is a big lure - I assumed when I joined that there would really be a catch, but there is not. From that respect they do what they advertise. The site is nice to look at, reasonably easy to navigate. Games selection is fine.

The customer service is hopeless. For example, I had a question about RTP and the agent asked me what that stood for. Asking anything takes an eternity and sometimes if you ask a question they do not like you get bumped on to someone else. It's weak.
But here is the real thing I think is negative about OJO; amongst the 'friendliness - they call you pal all the time' is something I really do not like. Finding anything out is tough - if you want your RTP or game logs, it really is very difficult; I did ask to see the cards once and it was like I had asked for blood. They are just not open about things like other sites.

I dislike that whenever I win the pending time is too long. It states the the pending time is 12 hours. I have now been waiting 15 hours for the pending my withdrawal to change.

Nice quirky site and cashback offer. As long as you don’t need any help from their customer service you will be fine. Support staff was fairly unhelpful. On numerous occasions I was asked to email them a copy back of the promotion they sent to me

Very bad customer service. Ignore emails. I requested to reopen my account. They send me a declaration to sign and a questionnaire. I signed the declaration, filled the questionnaire and sent them back yesterday via email.
Because I never received a response, I sent them 4 emails asking what is going on, but they are ignoring me and never replied to my emails.

-The verification process: although they have pretty fast verification (11 hours), it took me quite a while to get my documents right. This is mainly due to not having any paper documents available.

Since my original review a few months ago, things have changed and tipped to the other side of the scale. Very disappointing

The generous free spin offers have dissapeared completely. I understand that Free Spin offers are selective and in accordance with a history of wagering but when questioned I got nothing but evasive and scripted answers highlighting the other advantages of playing at OJO (one of these listed below). An insult to my intelligence !! The display of the available kickers in the kickers section of the website also started behaving erratically and still does to date.

RTP : Somewhere deeply hidden I found the RTP (Obviously only displayed because it's a requirement by the respective gambling commissions). I checked 2 Play n go games (Viking Runecraft and Book of Dead - 2 games I play a lot from a provider I trusted).The RTP IS 2% lower than in other reputable casinos. From research, I know that casinos do have a choice which RTP to set with some providers and I do not know but suspect that the RTP has lowered since I started playing at OJO and I do not know but suspect that the RTP setting is selective, however the way all of the above is done and not properly disclosed is the opposite of fair. The advertising representing OJO as the "fair" casino does no longer reflect the reality.
Choosing the lower RTP from the choice given by the game provider (2% lower in this case) and then giving 0.6% in OJOplus money and advertising this as an advantage is misleading and comparable to upping the price of a product by 20% and then advertise a discount of 6%.

Another RTP which seems out of order is from the provider Green Valley Games. This provider seems closely related to OJO : 93.6 %.

I could go on and on and with my professional experience and observations I cannot trust this site any more. How sad and disappointing, this casino is going the same way as many other not so reputable casinos.

I have had to email them twice in the past and received a reply in about 24 hours or less, to me that's fast as some casinos are 48 hours or even more. I found the email response professional and very helpful.

I deposit only with paysafe so they take fee from each of my deposits.
Unable to send yourself a chat transcript and if you ask them to send it to you they ask for ID and bank account statement, this really surprised me. Same goes for asking total value of deposits as it is really hard to count it by yourself on this website.
Always being advised to you kockers that are "tailored" for me but I know every person has the same ones as I m getting the same kickers daily that I havent used once for one year of playing here.

So this weekend I gave playojo another go ... I wish I never did that!
Saturday 30th march I requested a withdraw, reversed it a couple of times ... But my final request was around 10 in the morning ...
The moment Im writing this is sunday at almost six in the evening ... More than 29 hours have passed and still no sign of my money ... Live chat tells me its in the final stage of process, just a few more moments to wait and even one told me it was processed as we spoke ... All lies!!!
Im sad to see the withdrawal times arent faster, but even slower than when I first played!
I hope I will ever receive the withdraw ... and the possibility I will ever play again is not very big :( !!!

This site does seem very fair with the winnings. The games are good and the minimum play is good
