The process from making a deposit and actually receiving my winnings into my bank account took 2 days, didn't ask for any documents, maybe because amount was quite modest.

The only problem seems to be withdrawing. I deposited using my card and when I came to withdraw I sent all my documents but it wouldn't let me withdraw on my card because of a problem their end.
When I speak to staff they just keep telling me the same thing and that's to withdraw via bank transfer, but they want £50 deposit via bank transfer in order to withdraw that way because I didnt originally deposit via bank transfer.
The staff don't seem very helpful but if they got the problem with the cards sorted out it would be an easy 9/10 so it's a shame really.

But not so, in fact when I wanted to contact the support via live chat I got the message that their live chat is offline. I do not know, it is possible that they had some technical problems and therefore the live chat service was offline but I felt cheated and therefore at the end of this review they will get from me one star less.
On the casino promotions page I found 2 bonuses. First, there is a welcome bonus of 100% + 20 free spins and second, there was the Weekly Reload Bonus of 50%. The rules for these bonuses are pretty easy to understand and to my concept are quite fair. Briefly, what is most important is that the min deposit is 10 Euro, the max bet per spin is 5 euros, while the wagering requirements are 40 x bonus for a slot games and 400 x bonus for other casino games. The following games: Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde, Forsaken Kingdom, Scrooge, Pearls of India, Tomb Raider 2 and Castle Builder are excluded from the bonus promotion. My advice, if you take some of these bonuses to be careful because in case of any violations of the bonus terms casino reserves the right to confiscate any bonuses and winnings.
All in all, Play Vivid did not impress me and it will receive from me 6 out of 10 possible stars.
