I've played at Play Vivid casino and won 4.7btc. After waiting a couple of day for the payout I contacted support and asked them what's causing the delay in payment. The CS quoted technical issues. After two weeks of not receiving a payment I stated that I'll be issuing a complaint about them to which the support agent told me that they do not have the funds to pay me. He also added that he cannot give me any info as to when I'll be paid.
Please let us know if there's some update on your issue.
I've chased them up again today, made them aware of my complaint and asked for an update. I've also inquired if they're able to process my withdrawal using some other payment method. The answer to everything was along the lines of - we'll contact you via email when we have any info.
Today we will get in touch with you and ask you to make a
request to withdraw , after this will process the funds and issue will be solved.

I can confirm I have now been paid in full.
