PartyCasino - Verification process is taking too long and still not replying back
Dear [PartyCasino Support Team]

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on a withdrawal request I made on January 16th, where I requested to withdraw £4000 from my account. On the same day, I received an email requesting additional identification and bank card information, which I promptly provided.

However, since then, I have been waiting for the verification process to be completed and I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the lack of progress on this matter. I understand that verification can take some time, but I have reached out to your support team multiple times for updates and have yet to receive a resolution.

On January 20th, I contacted your support team for the first time to inquire about the status of my withdrawal request. I was informed that the verification process takes time and was asked to be patient. On January 21st, I reached out again and was told that additional documents were needed, which I promptly provided. I was also informed that the verification process would take 48 hours, but after that time passed I had heard nothing from your team.

On January 25th, I reached out again to inquire about the status of my withdrawal request and was told that the timeline was actually 72 hours, so I waited an additional two days. On January 28th, I reached out again and was informed that the support team would send a reminder and get back to me within 24 hours, but this did not happen. On January 31st, I reached out for the final time and was told that a reminder would be sent, but it has now been three days and I have yet to receive any update.

At this point, I am no longer concerned about the status of my account, but I would like to have my funds transferred to me as soon as possible. The total amount I am requesting is £5298.30.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue and request that my funds be transferred to me as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Not much. Loads on phone, some payment method listed but not all. Site is simple but easy to navigate which is okay as some sites are too amateurish.

- Refused me the welcome bonus despite me depositing through skrill a method detailed on the offers page as valid for the bonus. Chat said this was a mistake and wouldn't honour the bonus.
- Rude support agents with a lack of understanding for basic ts and cs.
- Rude email support.
- Poor choice of games.

Nothing about this site, they accept deposits from GameStop members and ones that are excluded from their site. I don't believe their payouts are anywhere near fair.

All my favorite games are available, the site is clear and runs smooth. Deposit is easy and most important also the withdrawal process was very fast and smooth. Withdraw times are worst I’ve probably ever seen, says on there site e transfer method is 2 days after processing. It’s been like 8 days for them to make a simple e transfer? I wouldn’t bother playing here go to Casumo or anywhere else really if your trying to get paid actually within 2 days. Also live support is just as useless as they come, same generic messages with very little authority to do anything, probably just a 18 year old in his room with scripts to copy paste

They have alot of variety of slots, and offer lots of providers and lots of in house jackpots game with red tiger and special partytome casino jackpot on certain games.

Please note that I am very disappointed with the service of this casino, in terms of cashbacks deals that I was promised and did not get and due to that I committed to more deposits. There has been multiple miscommunications in this matter and this is not acceptable in any means. I don't want to go into specific details however I made 2,000$ deposit the week before and it was agreed to get a 15% pure cashback which I got, and then the week after I was under the impression that I would get the same deal for a bigger deposit of 5,000$ and to my surprise I got less than 10% cashback, and when I was talking to my vip host there was total denial about this 15% agreement although the week before I got this deal and what was the last straw is when the vip host said that was a mistake from her part as she claimed that she "trusted my words" a very indirect way of implying that I mislead the person to add a 15% cashback on the previous deposit, that was a very unacceptable manner of speaking I would never mislead a person, she basically called me a liar. Many different attempts when trying to contact the host sometimes I could spend up to 10 days without getting any kind of reply. It was purely a service issue at first and the deals that I was promised. Also I was constantly been said to that I am aware of the deals everytime I try to justify the agreement I was told that I am aware, its a really bad way to answer since it can mean that I am lying. Anyways this couple of 100$ that I get back as cashback doesn't really make a difference you can see my deposit lost for the last 7 months have totalled around 85$K plus. The frustrating part was that I was offered better cashback deals from other casinos and choose to stick with you.

This casino has the worst customer support. Don't even bother to play here, I registered and got my account approved however when i tried to deposit the funds the request never completed. I requested support to solve my issue but they failed and never liked to help. I asked them not one not twice but 5 times (different days) Worst Support , Don't waste your time at this casino. Stay away.
