Since there have been so many restrictions placed by Canada on the games I am allowed to play I thought I would try this casino. My site ends in .ca but it is the same company. Initially, I was pleased to see that they have many games that I like... but it stops there.

- Can't access the games as they say they cannot locate me in Ontario Canada even though I have downloaded their GEO app which states I live in Ontario
- Finding online help is brutal, hidden away among other things
- Told to deposit so I did and three days later I still cannot play
- Told I need to provide proof of address which I did and even received an email saying I am good to play, no restriction
- I keep emailing for support and nothing and online help said they escalated the problem and it has been reviewed and someone will be in contact
- I feel like I am in a scam
NOT SURE WHAT TO DO NEXT - SO FRUSTRATED

Not much. Loads on phone, some payment method listed but not all. Site is simple but easy to navigate which is okay as some sites are too amateurish.

- Refused me the welcome bonus despite me depositing through skrill a method detailed on the offers page as valid for the bonus. Chat said this was a mistake and wouldn't honour the bonus.
- Rude support agents with a lack of understanding for basic ts and cs.
- Rude email support.
- Poor choice of games.
- No crypto for deposits.
- Would not recommend

Nothing about this site, they accept deposits from GameStop members and ones that are excluded from their site. I don't believe their payouts are anywhere near fair.

All my favorite games are available, the site is clear and runs smooth. Deposit is easy and most important also the withdrawal process was very fast and smooth. I am playing at Partycasino for last 12 years! They have a lot of games. Customer service for me is the best one I ever saw. Although, I'm VIP there, so I contact my agent directly on whatsapp, whatever I need. Cashback is usualy paid back on every Monday, unless You had big withdrawal week before. I like their bonuses, mostly 50% deposit bonus, every day new bonuses. Withdrawal is usually processed in 1 working day. I tried several other online casinos, but almost every of those made problems about withdrawals and tried to postpone it.

The only thing I don't like is that some games get stuck pretty often, which is becoming bigger problem than few years ago, when everything worked perfectly.

Everything!! The first deposit Match bonus is misleading! Top up £20 you have to spend/wager £600 before they release your £20 bonus! Withdraw times are worst I’ve probably ever seen, says on there site e transfer method is 2 days after processing. It’s been like 8 days for them to make a simple e transfer? Please note that I am very disappointed with the service of this casino, in terms of cashbacks deals that I was promised and did not get and due to that I committed to more deposits. There has been multiple miscommunications in this matter and this is not acceptable in any means. I don't want to go into specific details however I made 2,000$ deposit the week before and it was agreed to get a 15% pure cashback which I got, and then the week after I was under the impression that I would get the same deal for a bigger deposit of 5,000$ and to my surprise I got less than 10% cashback, and when I was talking to my vip host there was total denial about this 15% agreement although the week before I got this deal and what was the last straw is when the vip host said that was a mistake from her part as she claimed that she "trusted my words" a very indirect way of implying that I mislead the person to add a 15% cashback on the previous deposit, that was a very unacceptable manner of speaking I would never mislead a person, she basically called me a liar. Many different attempts when trying to contact the host sometimes I could spend up to 10 days without getting any kind of reply. It was purely a service issue at first and the deals that I was promised. Also I was constantly been said to that I am aware of the deals everytime I try to justify the agreement I was told that I am aware, its a really bad way to answer since it can mean that I am lying. Anyways this couple of 100$ that I get back as cashback doesn't really make a difference you can see my deposit lost for the last 7 months have totalled around 85$K plus. The frustrating part was that I was offered better cashback deals from other casinos and choose to stick with you.

I do not require any feedback, I just want the message to reach the appropriate department to better your personal services in the future.

This casino has the worst customer support. Don't even bother to play here, I registered and got my account approved however when i tried to deposit the funds the request never completed. I requested support to solve my issue but they failed and never liked to help. I asked them not one not twice but 5 times (different days) Worst Support , Don't waste your time at this casino. Okey, site got great games, but customer service need to shape up. Last night I got mail from the casino and bonus 100%. So I log in and make the deposit. Didn't get the bonus. I was skeptical about partycasino because of a lot of mixed reviews they are getting and wasn't sure should I give it a try , but after some time I decided to deposit and claim their 100% welcome bonus offer.
They offer a lot of deposit options and I choose SKRILL and deposit was done in couple seconds without any problems and my bonus was given to me automatically.

about a month ago or so they had this spin the wheel promo where I had won 50 free spins over the course of a few day's, after finally getting a hold of customer service who at first seemed genuine and helpful it just made the turn for disaster really quick. They were very apologetic and claimed that there was some technical problems and needed 24 hrs to look into it, so as the 24 hrs passed, I again spin the free wheel and get more free spins on a different game, again this game will not load up, so back to customer service I go....anyway, you get the point this went on again once more, I in total won 2 x 20 Free Spins and 1 x 10 free spins,. after the second claim was made they said that for the inconvenience of the disruption that there was $5CAD in my account for me, of course I was happy, but again, I couldn't play any game, I could only play "jackpot" games but I went on my way saying to myself "It's free money so no reason to complain", so anyway, after all this and with 3 winnings of Free Spins w/No Deposit required, they came to the conclusion that the games the free spins were for were not available in my country, so they said I could have free spins on a different game and they opened up 2 games for me to use, again, those games not allowed in my country, so by the end of all this it was over a week, the spins had all expired and the customer service was absolutely horrible, it takes them a good 24 hrs to get a hold of you as it is not live then when you do complain they ask for another 24 hrs to get back to you, so that is 2 day's right there if you have an issue.
