about a month ago or so they had this spin the wheel promo where I had won 50 free spins over the course of a few day's, after finally getting a hold of customer service who at first seemed genuine and helpful it just made the turn for disaster really quick. They were very apologetic and claimed that there was some technical problems and needed 24 hrs to look into it, so as the 24 hrs passed, I again spin the free wheel and get more free spins on a different game, again this game will not load up, so back to customer service I go....anyway, you get the point this went on again once more, I in total won 2 x 20 Free Spins and 1 x 10 free spins,. after the second claim was made they said that for the inconvenience of the disruption that there was $5CAD in my account for me, of course I was happy, but again, I couldn't play any game, I could only play "jackpot" games but I went on my way saying to myself "It's free money so no reason to complain", so anyway, after all this and with 3 winnings of Free Spins w/No Deposit required, they came to the conclusion that the games the free spins were for were not available in my country, so they said I could have free spins on a different game and they opened up 2 games for me to use, again, those games not allowed in my country, so by the end of all this it was over a week, the spins had all expired and the customer service was absolutely horrible, it takes them a good 24 hrs to get a hold of you as it is not live then when you do complain they ask for another 24 hrs to get back to you, so that is 2 day's right there if you have an issue.
