Unfair and unclear terms and conditions. I deposit €24 and get a €48 bonus. I play consistently €5 to €10 spins. €994 winnings forfeited due to irregular play. Once I had passed the wagering requirement because my next bet was €10 this was greater than 30% of my deposit amount and therefore considered irregular play.

There is no way of knowing when your wagering requirement is met. Support don't want to know. The whole thing is set up for you to fail.

I bet on roullete and blacjack and they dont count for wagering, on slots I always bet less then 30% of the bonus, the chat ask me if I am a dubbassthis is more then can you ever think so.

Parklane casino is a new casino to AskGamblers family. I have heard their name before but for some reason I didn't see any promotional ads or something that would catch my attention. When they landed on AskGamblers, I saw they have very nice software combination, including Microgaming, Thunderkick and 1 x 2 Gaming which made them very interesting in my eyes. Their logo very much reminded me of Osiris casino and to be honest, lobby look too.

I searched on the net if they had any no deposit bonus and I found a sign up code. When I registered, I entered it and it worked, after verifying my email I received 10€ no deposit bonus. I couldn't find the wagering requirements anywhere so I contacted live support. Unfortunately, there was only a promotional text from support, offering me 200% bonus as a new player. When I entered my question about wagering, I had to wait about 5 minutes to get a response from support. And it wasn't a surprise to hear that the wagering was 100 x bonus. It is always nice to offer a freebie to new players, but they should really consider lowering the wagering to make this offer more attracting.

I started to play 1429 Uncharted seas. I played with 10 cent bet and played for about 10 minutes, managed to get free spins round which paid less than 10 x bet so I decided to change the game. I saw they had 300 Shields slot, so with 10.30€ I went to play it. I played with minimum bets and again, very soon I got free spins round. Unfortunately I couldn't get up to next stage and won only 2€. I managed to make around 120 spins until my balance was empty.

Overall I think they are decent, the game selection was pleasing, especially the fact they also offer live casino games, but I most likely wouldn't deposit there as for me there was something missing there.

There were a few things I didn't like much while playing there. Support was a little slow and didn't seem very friendly, games ran very slowly and lagged but the most irritating fact was that I got logged out of my session more than 10 times. I played there such a short time but got "expired session" too many times.

Well thanks a lot, for that much I know by my self what to do.

But still having experience open their Terms and didn't see any restrictions of my country or that only German players are allowed to trigger that bonus. Opened my account, got 5 euros, verified it got another 5 euros, so yes I got the bonus. Seeing they have Dolphin Reef slot, which is one of my favorites slots I decide to try my luck with this game. Having minimum bet of only 0.20 cents, just because its a 20 liner video slot and with 10 euros free chip, I thought it would be nice to try and see if I manage to do something with that free chip.

At the beginning I managed to raise my balance for another 22 euros, just because I triggered the free spin after the third spins, I guess i should play with 0.40 cents at least. So I had good time there, didn't managed to finish wagering of the free bonus, because my opinion, the bonus it self is a bit high to be wagered, ohh.. well at least it was a free chip. I do plan to visit this casino and take advantage of their welcome bonus. So far so good, I guess they are decent casino!
