Now, in April I have requested 3 withdrawls and guess what?
They will charge you 8% of your total deposit to withdraw money.
Imagine, you deposit 2000 EUR and withdraw 2100, they will charge you 168 EUR.
Have never met such a thing before!!
Also you will wait for ages to get money back to your account.
Also be attentive when depositing money, they may go through very strange companies with currency exchange commissions.
As a player with more than 30 years of experience should say I have never met such unfair treatment to gamblers.

The withdrawal process is super slow. It took a week just to send the money to my bank and that also took 3 days more to arrive. In the end, my withdrawal done on 14th of february, came through 24th. And now they claim that this withdrawal done on 14th would have an effect on the next week's cashback. Before they said that offer was 10% weekly, and any withdrawals made would have an effect. Then they changed the info so that it affects to that week that it's paid out. Ridiculous. They saved 110e but lost a customer.

Palm Slots casino serves well. It met my expectations although did not exceed it so I do recommend it even for just trial. Transactions are quick and bonuses are quite fun, plus accepts multiple payment methods and is mobile friendlty, the live chat is okay and is responsive. Oh and the player friendly lobby is a nice touch.
Though it has plenty o good games, it’s not very good at presenting them at all. There are many bonuses but they are either too generic or too niche that I’m not entirely sure what to try some times. Plus it it has multiple country restrictions could actually affect the bonuses in a way. But still would give it a shot for the first time.

I joined Palmslots casino just a few days ago. I noticed them on AskGamblers new casinos page and as always, was curious to see what they have to offer. After checking them out, I saw that they offered Netent, Play'n Go, Pragmatic Play and other providers, so I decided to sign up.
The registration process was smooth and I decided to make a deposit. But before that, I went to check their promotions- the casino offers a welcome bonus package for your first 4 deposits at the casino- for first deposit you get a standard 100% match bonus and unfortunately there were no free spins on top. However, when going through the terms, I saw that the bonus has 40x deposit + bonus wagering which was way too high for my taste. Especially since the bonus itself was a standard 100% bonus without any free spins on top. And for your second and third deposit you get a 50% bonus but again with no free spins and with the 40x deposit + bonus wagering. Having said that, I decided to make a deposit of 30 eur but didn't claim the welcome bonus.
With my deposit I started to play the Reactoonz slot with minimum bets. I was getting some base game wins but no Gargantoonz feature. I played the game for a while but my balance was slowly going down so with around half of my balance left, I went to play Book of Dead. I played it with minimum bets for a while, managed to get a few free spins features but none of them paid more than 60x my bet so my balance eventually reached 0.
This is where my experience at Palmslots casino ends. I think that they have a good selection of games, which was my favorite part of their offering. However, their bonuses- both welcome bonuses and regular promotions have very high wagering requirements, so having said that, I'm not sure I'll be coming back.
