Payment delay, I have been playing on their platform for a long time. Most of the time they are operational with withdrawals, but the last withdrawal is going wrong. I wrote to them after a week of waiting to see what the problem is, to which they told me that they apologized for the error and sent it again to take action. Another three days passed and I wrote to them again. They said that the request had already been sent and I had to wait. It is clearly stated in terms for players who are verified from 48 hours to a maximum of five working days, the money will be sent. The amount is not large, around €900, they are not serious, and I'm still waiting.

I am filing this complaint against NV Casino regarding an unjustified withdrawal rejection. My account is fully verified and marked as 'Approved' in the verification section.

The casino has rejected my withdrawal request, demanding a photo of a physical bank card. However, the card used for my deposits is a Virtual Skrill Card (ending in 9432). As a virtual card, it has no physical plastic form to be photographed.

To prove my ownership, I have already uploaded my official Skrill Transaction Report (Skrill ID: 230130336). This document clearly displays:

Despite being fully verified and having provided the only possible legal proof for a virtual card, the casino continues to demand a physical photo and has disabled their Live Chat support, making communication impossible. This is a clear delay tactic to avoid paying out my winnings.

I request the casino to honor my verification status and process my withdrawal immediately

I am reaching out here in hopes of getting help with a withdrawal that was supposed to be approved tomorrow 2025-05-19 according to their T&C from an online casino listed on your platform but was declined for no reason.

I was lucky enough to win €10,850 and initially requested a withdrawal of €4,950 on 2025-05-12 wish have been on pending since then. Today 2025-05-18 I was playing a little, and lost €2,850 and then stopped playing and i have still €8000 in balance . After this i went into the online casino "Transactions" to check if my withrawal is still on pending or maybe its approved but it was rejected for nothing? i then contacted Live support who replied that they do not know what happend and saying that they have forwarded this to be analyzed internally and they need more time? According to their T&C the withrawal time frame is within 48 hours but no longer then 5 working days if you make a withrawal from €500 euro - €4,999. Tomorrow 2025-05-19 is gonna be the fifth day and this is really weird that it gets rejected when tomorrow is the fifth day. I dont want to wait another 5 days, this is not okey.

I am fully verified also.

I really hope this issue can be resolved soon, as I have enjoyed the platform overall and would be happy to continue playing there if everything goes smoothly. I will keep this post updated on AskGamblers with any progress regarding my situation.
