Helo …Casino NV1 refuses payout of €40,000 – repeated KYC rejections without clear explanation

I am submitting this formal complaint against Casino NV1 due to their continued refusal to process my legitimate withdrawal.

My account balance is €40,000, and I have fully complied with all verification (KYC) requirements.

To date, I have submitted all requested documents three separate times, including official bank statements issued directly by my bank. Despite this, my documents are repeatedly rejected without any clear, specific, or consistent explanation.

The casino does not specify:
• which exact document is rejected
• what exact issue the document allegedly contains
• what precise alternative document is required

I have formally requested a detailed written explanation, but I continue to receive only generic responses such as “verification issues” or “compliance review,” which do not allow me to resolve the matter.

I believe this behavior constitutes unjustified delay and unlawful withholding of player funds. I am concerned that the verification process is being intentionally prolonged due to the high withdrawal amount.

Please note:
• All documents submitted are authentic, current, and verifiable
• I have not been informed of any specific violation of the casino’s Terms and Conditions
• I have cooperated fully and promptly at every stage

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this case by submitting formal complaints to the casino’s licensing authority, as well as seeking legal assistance regarding the recovery of my funds.

NV Casino - Rejected my withrawal after 5 days

Hello AskGamblers team,

I am reaching out here in hopes of getting help with a withdrawal that was supposed to be approved tomorrow 2025-05-19 according to their T&C from an online casino listed on your platform but was declined for no reason.

I was lucky enough to win €10,850 and initially requested a withdrawal of €4,950 on 2025-05-12 wish have been on pending since then. Today 2025-05-18 I was playing a little, and lost €2,850 and then stopped playing and i have still €8000 in balance . After this i went into the online casino "Transactions" to check if my withrawal is still on pending or maybe its approved but it was rejected for nothing? i then contacted Live support who replied that they do not know what happend and saying that they have forwarded this to be analyzed internally and they need more time? According to their T&C the withrawal time frame is within 48 hours but no longer then 5 working days if you make a withrawal from €500 euro - €4,999. Tomorrow 2025-05-19 is gonna be the fifth day and this is really weird that it gets rejected when tomorrow is the fifth day. I dont want to wait another 5 days, this is not okey.

I am fully verified also.

I really hope this issue can be resolved soon, as I have enjoyed the platform overall and would be happy to continue playing there if everything goes smoothly. I will keep this post updated on AskGamblers with any progress regarding my situation.

The casino uses its rights to close players' accounts for its own purposes. Their website is broken, the games do not work, customer support says that the games are allowed in Estonia, but in reality the games do not work, customer support was informed of the error but the error was not eliminated. For the sake of checking, the VPN was turned on for a moment to check whether the game opens and whether the customer support information is true or not, but the games still did not work. By turning on the VPN, I did not get any advantage or win, which would have given reason to close the account due to unethical behavior. The casino informed me by e-mail that the account is closed and opening an account is only possible if I give up the win, which is why the casino closes accounts according to its vision, so that you cannot pay out. Very unsafe and unreliable casino, I do not recommend anyone to make deposits, you may have problems if the situation does not end with the account closing, which is beneficial to the casino.
