Complaint Title: Uncredited Litecoin (LTC) Deposit of 8.55 LTC – Casino Stalling for 12 DaysComplaint Description:I am filing a formal complaint against this casino regarding a Litecoin (LTC) deposit of 8.55 LTC that has been completely withheld by the platform. The deposit was made on June 22, 2026.The transaction was successfully processed and confirmed on the blockchain immediately. I have provided the casino's support team with the undeniable proof, including clear screenshots and the official transaction hash. Despite having the funds in their wallet, the casino has continuously used stalling tactics, changing support agents (Elena, Dakota, Adriana, Leni, Flor, and Max) and giving contradictory excuses.First, they gave a specific UTC deadline which expired. Then, an agent named Flor falsely claimed they would "prepare documents for my payment system to refund," which is mathematically impossible for an irreversible Litecoin blockchain transaction. Today, July 3, 2026, another agent named Max told me that "specialists are working on it and it takes time," stretching the delay to 12 days.It is clear that the casino has received my 8.55 LTC but is refusing to credit my account balance or process the deposit. I would like to report an issue with NV Casino regarding a withdrawal of approximately PLN 53,000.

For two weeks now, my withdrawal has not been processed. The casino is continuously delaying the process by requesting repeated KYC verification, despite me submitting all required documents multiple times.

My documents are being rejected without clear or consistent explanation, and the process appears to be intentionally prolonged.
I've heard everything starting from "you cancelled it by yourself", "our team makes everything they can do", "your KYC if fine, just withdraw the money" only to wait another copule of days and afterd that they cancel my request. They cancel a bank transfer withdrawal, agrumenting that there is an issue with the crypto wallet number picure, which have nothing to do with each other. At this point, it no longer seems like a standard verification procedure, but rather an attempt to avoid paying out legitimate winnings.

I have complied with all requirements and acted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
I also gather prt scr of every chat with the support and all of the request I made that have been cancelled.

This situation raises serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of NV Casino.

Repeatedly rejected withdrawal for 800 euros

Hello,
I have been trying to make a withdrwal for €800 from NV-Casino. I have completed all their KYC- verifications with flying colors. I have not used any bonus at any time. The withdrawal method cosen is the sam card used for all deposits. My withdrawal has been rejected 2 times with no reason given, the €800 just came back into my account. I have several times used their VIP-chat and tried to get an answer but they just keep reffering to 'the relevant department' that will look into this. But i have not been given any information in any way to why they rejected my withdrawal (two times)

Unjustified withdrawal rejection for Virtual Skrill Card on a Fully Verified account

I am filing this complaint against NV Casino regarding an unjustified withdrawal rejection. My account is fully verified and marked as 'Approved' in the verification section.

The casino has rejected my withdrawal request, demanding a photo of a physical bank card. However, the card used for my deposits is a Virtual Skrill Card (ending in 9432). As a virtual card, it has no physical plastic form to be photographed.

To prove my ownership, I have already uploaded my official Skrill Transaction Report (Skrill ID: 230130336). This document clearly displays:

I am submitting this formal complaint against Casino NV1 due to their continued refusal to process my legitimate withdrawal.

My account balance is €40,000, and I have fully complied with all verification (KYC) requirements.

To date, I have submitted all requested documents three separate times, including official bank statements issued directly by my bank. Despite this, my documents are repeatedly rejected without any clear, specific, or consistent explanation.

The casino does not specify:
• which exact document is rejected
• what exact issue the document allegedly contains
• what precise alternative document is required

I have formally requested a detailed written explanation, but I continue to receive only generic responses such as “verification issues” or “compliance review,” which do not allow me to resolve the matter.

I believe this behavior constitutes unjustified delay and unlawful withholding of player funds. I am concerned that the verification process is being intentionally prolonged due to the high withdrawal amount.

• I have not been informed of any specific violation of the casino’s Terms and Conditions
• I have cooperated fully and promptly at every stage

Rejected my withrawal after 5 days

Hello AskGamblers team,

I am reaching out here in hopes of getting help with a withdrawal that was supposed to be approved tomorrow 2025-05-19 according to their T&C from an online casino listed on your platform but was declined for no reason.

I was lucky enough to win €10,850 and initially requested a withdrawal of €4,950 on 2025-05-12 wish have been on pending since then. Today 2025-05-18 I was playing a little, and lost €2,850 and then stopped playing and i have still €8000 in balance . After this i went into the online casino "Transactions" to check if my withrawal is still on pending or maybe its approved but it was rejected for nothing? i then contacted Live support who replied that they do not know what happend and saying that they have forwarded this to be analyzed internally and they need more time? According to their T&C the withrawal time frame is within 48 hours but no longer then 5 working days if you make a withrawal from €500 euro - €4,999. Tomorrow 2025-05-19 is gonna be the fifth day and this is really weird that it gets rejected when tomorrow is the fifth day. I dont want to wait another 5 days, this is not okey.

I am fully verified also.

I really hope this issue can be resolved soon, as I have enjoyed the platform overall and would be happy to continue playing there if everything goes smoothly. I will keep this post updated on AskGamblers with any progress regarding my situation.
