Nucleonbet Casino - Nucleonbet does not pay for days
I used nucleonbet casino as I received a message that I can get a 100% bonus up tp 100.- for sports betting.
I was able to make my bets on time, fulfilled the bonus and according to their T&C and have 534.- balance in the end.
On 18.4. I received an e-mail that my account is verified (even though I already had sent my verification documents before, but there an additional code was sent to my mobile phone to verify that).
My withdrawal was cancelled after that as new documents were asked for:

- A digital photo of you holding your proof of ID document in your hands, close to your face for verification purposes

- An official document issued from your mobile provider, stating your full name and mobile number used upon registration.

- As part of our commitment to providing a secure and trustworthy platform for our players, we kindly ask that you provide us with a selfie holding a paper that mentions:

Your Date of Birth

After delivering each of those documents (the last one was asked for on 1.5.) I made a withdrawal, all of them were cancelled by the casino.
After accepting that selfie verification (all my documents were accepted) I tried to withdraw again but now that was not possible anymore due to a "system error". I asked them to be able to withdraw by a different method (bank transfer) and they asked me to try different things (different browser, different device...) but nothing worked.

Finally I was asked to send other documents to be reviewed (bank account) which were also accepted. Then bank account was visible for me as withdraw method. So I made a withdrawal. As there was no feedback within 48 hours (that's the time they say they need to process withdrawals) I again contacted the support. They told me due to high workload the process will be delayed.
Today (other 72 hours later) my balance was again back on my account and the withdrawal was cancelled. I was not even told that they (already yesterday) cancelled my withdrawal.....

I can deliver the e-Mail correspondence as well as some screenshots, also from that system error.

Nicely designed site although the ux does not show all the relevant data on mobile. Variety of games is wide. The site has many localizations some maybe good. Chat is available often.

Some major game providers missing. The stalling if the KYC procedure is ridiculous. You will not be able to verify your account to be able to make a withdrawal once as the casino just is not willing to let you know what is exactly needed.
Once you get your account verified and you'll be able to make a withdrawal at least 3-5 days has passed. Once you make a withdrawal they'll keep it pending for a day and it will be declined and you will be asked one document more and this will be repeated for the days to come.
Chat reps are rude and they are not able to solve anything via chat.

The games selection was a bit better than average. I am struggling to find any other real good points to be honest. I ended up closing my account there.

The chat response times are biblically long, and once they connect with you they're typically very rude and they are not afraid to just disconnect you when things are not going their way. I had 20 dollars that somehow went into the sports account. After days of emailing and a couple of lengthy fruitless chat sessions they told me they could not transfer it into my casino account and refused to help any further. I closed the account . The customer service sucks.

Actually, nothing. They have few game options compared to other sites and there are technical problems every day with loading or opening the slots. I guess the layout is ok, that is the best I can say about this casino.

Where should we start?
They Are Stalling the KYC process in extreme. I have gambled at online casinos for 20 years and literally have been through hundreds of KYC processes. This is one of the worst, and I am still not through. They declined a PDF document because ”it is not a PDF document”. The chat refuses to help and just avoids the questions. Talking about the chat -you get a waiting time anywhere between 5 seconds to over 1 hit doesn't matter though because it can still take 2 hours to get through even If the waiting period says 5 seconds. When they do respond - you have to answer immediately because they close the chat If you haven't responded in a couple of seconds. So to get in touch you have to be ready to sit and stare at the chatpage, hoping that someone soon will connect with you. Not that they will be able to provide any support, but still.

Back to the KYC and withdrawal process - the KYC process takes 3 business days (monday to friday), but of course it can (and will) take longer If they have a lot to do. They reject one document at a time so they can wait a couple of more days, and then reject the next. You can of course not upload any documents through your mobile - you have to do it from a computer.

When/If you ever get to the withdrawal, there is a Max withdrawal per 24h per day of 1000 euro. But there is a 3 (working) day approval time - and of course you can;t have more than 1 active withdrawal request at a time, so AT THE BEST you can get a 1000 euro withdrawal per week.

I haven't even mentioned the bonus terms - that are limited to a very low allowed Max win.

I have only one thing to say really -stay away from this casino. It is amazing that they have gotten a Malta license - most Curacao licensed casino is actually better and faster than Nucleonbet.

Nicely designed site, my fav slots are there. Had no issues with my account verification either, nice KYC. Multiple payments picks and interbank transfer option is also being offered.

As far as I can tell, this casino has not seen any bad reports. I would like to see and receive more unique bonuses from time to time, but i guess every bettors wants that.

Nothing to be honest. The site itself is kinda poor, and the option of games are few compared to other sites. They should offer good quality customer service along with shorter withdrawals. No customer will stay there when they treat them bad.

They stall the withdrawal process, cancel withdraws and are rude in the chat. Not answering questions and ending the chat without helping you. It's very sad that they even can have a license.

1. They do stall the kyc process and seem not to pay out, I have an outstanding withdrawal of 660 EUR. I send in my ID card, Proof of Address and Proof of Skrill at requesting the withdrawal. Then they asked for my passport, I sent it in, then they asked for the credit card I used for funding my Skrill [never had such a case in 10 years], I sent it in, then they asked for a selfie of me holding my passport next to my face. For 2 days no reaction. Each time something new and I am from a EU country, all stalling methods not to pay out. This is running for nearly a week already.
2. No communication from their side, I have to contact them each time.
3. Live chat available after waiting approx 15 minutes each time, not very helpful and somehow rude.
4. Bad setup, I received the chat transcript email with connection to @campeongaming.com
4. No Thunderkick, no Push Gaming available.
Warning from my side, better do not deposit.
