Continuously refusing to close account and won't refund deposits even though knowing about my problem gambling
Hi, even though I told Nordicasino several times over month that I am adictive and need them to close my account they refused to do so and send me free bonuses instead. I have added screenshots for you to understand what happened and use them to briefly summerize what happened. Please see screenshopts to follow up the events: Screenshot 1: An overview about all my communication with nordicasino. You can see that whenever I contacted them and told them I was addicted, they sent me a bonus a few days later. Screenshot 2: On Oct. 22 I wanted to set up a deposit limit but it was denied because the limit was too low. I replied that in this case I wanted a permanent exclusion. I didn't receive any answer. Screenshot 3: I sent additional emails to the support in November, asking for a permanent closure stating that I am a problem gambler. In this screenshot you see my follow-up mails on Feb. 11 and Feb 13, following one email from Nov 25 in which I say, that I suffer from gambling addiction and request a permanent closure at nordicasino and all other casinos that are operated by their owners. Screenshot 4: I received automated replys that my emails were received. In this case its the mail I sent on Nov. 25 with the subject "closure of my account" which was shown in screenshot number 3. Screenshot 5: Confirmation of the casino that my email from Feb 13 with the same subject was received. Screenshot 6: I finally get a reply on Feb 18. The manager asks why I wanted to close my account (what I cleary stated in all of the mails before) and issues me ANOTHER free bonus to trigger my addiction AGAIN! Screenshot 7: On Feb 19 I reply once more, that I am addictive and need a permanent closure (see quote in the lower part of the screenshot). The manager "times out" my account for one week and says he'll get back to me after this, what he never did. Screenshot 8: On the same day I reply that I dont want to wait for a week for a new request but I want a permanent immediate closure. Until July I get no response (but 3 more free bonuses, see overview in screenshot 1). On July 17 I deposit and lose again after I received another free bonus which triggered me. I ask again for a ban and a refund of the 150 Euro. Since my first request I deposited and lost around 300 euro. I threaten to pass the case to important affiliates. Within a few hours I get the response that my account is closed, AGAIN for only 7 days. Three days ago I told the casino that I sent these informations to askgamblers.com and yesterday they agreed to permanently close the account but refused to refund my depsoits since November, when I told the for the first time that I have problems to control myself. I think their behaviour is highly unacceptable. Instead of supporting people who dont only enjoy gambling they ignore them and push them even further. This cannot be accepted, can it? If you need, I can send further proof of my deposits. Thank you

Worst casino ever. Asked for a deposit limit right after creating the account which they confirmed. Did they set my limit? Nope. Ended up with me losing a lot more than I planned for. When I asked for a permanently closure they wouldn’t do that either. Everything to make you play more.

Nordicasino is a place I had heard about a while ago but with so many casinos launching I completely forgot about their existence, however, my interest was back when I noticed the announcement of them being one of the casinos that have partnered with AskGamblers to offer the AG coin. I checked their review here on Askgamblers and I noticed that they didn't have the best player comments but I was still curious as I saw that they offer Netent along with few other providers. Besides, I wasn't risking any of my own money at this point.

I started off by verifying my phone number to be redirected to the casino page. Luckily enough the signing up process was simple and after email verification I had my 10eur bonus sitting in my account. If I had to say something, I'd wish that they would make their cashier more user-friendly as the one they have now doesn't allow you to see any wagering details yourself. I wasn't sure if the bonus had 1x wagering so I thought to check that with the customer support. The agent was nice and helpful and I was informed that my remaining wagering was at 10eur.

Then I went to the game section and I thought I could play either Starburst or some other low volatility game to beat the wager and maybe make a small profit. However, I tried a couple of games from the game section but a message came up that I have bonus money that can't be used on any of the games I was opening up. Then I noticed the "Bonus Game" section and figured that only games from that selection could be played with my bonus funds. Lately I've played at several similar casinos and for the most part the game selection for Bonus funds isn't great. Here I saw some Betsoft titles and other providers I don't really know of. But for this one I chose to play Viking God Thor and Loki slot from Playson, it's a game that can pay well in the bonus features and has only 15cent minimum bets. I put on the autoplay and set bets on minimum and was hoping for at least one single good hit. However, that didn't happen and I lost the balance in a matter of minutes.

Overall I had a good but short time at Nordicasino and I would rate them as decent. I wish that the bonus game selection was wider and the cashier would be more user-oriented so that I don't need to contact support every time I want to check the wager. Other than that, I don't think I'll be depositing there as the game selection was lacking a few providers I enjoy.

Just a min ago i mailed support that i wanted to delete my account and got an offer of 50 euro free cash instead.

Long version:

The same mail address that did not give a single response to my questions about ongoing withdrawals.

Have been playing here for about 6 months and never seen one euro of my +/- 20 times i tried to withdraw.

2 of them where +/- 1500EU, i was really looking forward to see them on my bankaccount as my first big winnings but it never happened.

Afterwithdrawing i got a mail with a ticket id, 5 days later i needed to send some documents gor verification, did that within an hour.

Again 3 days later i mailed if all was received in good order, i got a confirmation that it had been received and was at manager for approval.

After that quiet for a week again, when i asked live support what was going on they told me to wait.

Again a few days later i cancelled the withdrawal because i wanted to play again, and since you can only have one pending withdrawal and i did not want to deposit again i had to cancell it.
Offcourse i lost all the money (yes, stupid)

Right after i contacted live support that i wanted to close my account because of all of this, they actually ended up offering me all kind of bonusses without answering my question.

Now 3 months later i decided to give it one more chance.

I made a nice win of 1600EU and again made a withdrawal looking forward to a nice win.

Again i contacted live support because it got quiet again after the withdrawal. I was told that my documents where at manager for approval and just check in every day to see if there were any changes.

The same documents i had send in september were stil at manager for approval...

Today again 4 days later i contacted live support again because again it has gotten quiet. My mail to support 2 days earlier if they needed any additional docs did not get answered.

Live support now told me that it could take another week after the documents approval?

Live support offered to add some of my pending withdrawal to my balance so i could play again.

I was scared that this would start that this would affect my on going withdrawal but he promised it would not.

He added 80EU to my balance, and you guess what? I got a new ticket id with a new withdrawal amount. Meaning all starts over again.

Now they got what they want and i was stupid enough to lose all winnings again.

In my opinion they do everything to confuse you and slow down the withdrawal in the hope you play it again. They do everything to not pay out winnings.

Graphically the games work well and very little freeze or error in games.

Worst casino ever, they send 3 confirmations of a withdrawal approval, note that this is not the same as the sending of the funds, all in all took them 1 full week to make a bank wire on a withdrawal, minimum withdrawal 100 euro crazy.... Can not make my own withdrawal but have to ask the support to processes it. Only thing they say in the support chat is "please see the general terms on this" game history and account history search is not available. Most common sentences used in support and chat is "sorry that its taken long time but many people won money so we are very busy processing withdrawals" "I'm sure you can win big here"

Sum up: worst casino every, please look elsewhere for a good online gaming experience.

- Minimum withdrawal is 100 €
- By now I have decided to quit gambling and asked to close my account. I sent one mail in November and many more during the following weeks but without any reaction. I kept asking, telling them that I am addicted and needed the account to be closed asap. Yesterday (3 month and a dozens emails after my request) they contacted me to tell me that they were sorry to see me go and added a 10 Euro bonus to change my mind. Hello? How does that go along with responsible gaming? I answered that I was a problem gambler and I lose more then I can afford if I continue gambling. Hence I needed a permanent closure immediately with no chance of reopening ever! And this is what they replied: "your account is now time outed for one week, this period is to cool down and make a decision to final closure later. We will contact you when account is back and check with you. " If I was still gambling I'd bet you that in a week my account will be silently re-opened...

NetEnt games are not being able to play with bonus money!

They do not close accounts by request and even write this like Agent Victoria: "I encourage you to keep playing, and you should be able to beat that in no time."
Free Spins after deposit are not wager-free, as it got claimed.
Support is not helpful, for every case an email needs to get send in and this does not get replied even within 24 hours.

A lot of games which can only played without bonus.

Everything else. The live chat is bad, a lot of games don't work for people from the Netherlands. Read the terms of their bonus policy because they are a little fishy.

Their mobile web is terrible, and with bonus money you are only able to play betsoft and other B games. If you feel lucky, give it a try I guess. Never again for me. The competition is way too strong for this casino to be around and making profit much longer.
