Initially I liked the variety of games, deposit methods and the layout of the site. There are multiple offers for players of casino, live casino and sports betting.
There is 24/7 support but not too helpful 3/10 for helpfulness.

I rescind my previous decent review and give them an abyssal 1 star.
I tried one last time to show how they have messed up the 15% Live games cash back bonus. It’s pretty simple math. Math isn’t their strong suit and neither is honesty or customer service for that matter. They told me I was given all I was supposed to get. How is $65 15% of $1800? I lost $1800 on blackjack in 7days from Monday to Sunday and played no other games. Pretty straightforward $180 cash back.
In the end I have given up and will not make a complaint for a bonus that I don’t want from this sketchy casino anymore.

Very unprofessional. I’m am sick of sites offering bonuses that are not what they seem. The industry has come too far for bait and switch and incompetence to be acceptable.
The majority of my play is Live Casino Blackjack. I expect to lose over the long run so 15% Cash Back as advertised on their home page seemed decent.

First switch, the 15% cash back is not actually cash back.
There is a 15x wagering requirement. If that isn’t bad enough you have to contact support to add it manually to your account on Monday after a 7 day betting cycle.
On top of that I’m not sure if the reps are calculating 15% with their fingers and toes but they managed to calculate it wrong 4/4 times. Lastly they only added the promotion properly once.

Each time of the subsequent additions of this promotion ended up with a 45x wagering requirement.
I think I’ll go back to dealing with MGA casinos because Curacao operators on average seem unprofessional.

Great amount of games available. They have structured and copied the design (loosely) of stake.com, including the mini games, so that is a good plus point. Just wish that a lot of the games worked from my country (UK), so at least half of the total amount of games aren't available which is a shame as they have pretty much all the providers on there, including my favourite PlayNGo. The verification process takes a very long time. After uploading all the required information via the website and it saying that my account was verified which took hours, the withdrawal request was rejected due to verification requirements!
