Mummy's Gold is one of my favourite casino's from the Palace Group of Casino's along with Spin Palace. I very much prefer solely Microgaming platform casino's these days as I find they run better, have higher quality games and generally have pretty decent Wagering Requirements (WR) associated to the individual casino brands... ***Please, any comments, questions or feedback from any of the Palace group moderators from this site are all welcome, maybe you could shed some light on the WR issue I have been faced with***
Considering how much of a loyal customer/depositor I am to the Palace Group and its Casino brands, I was quite shocked (and left feeling as though I have been singled out and punished for no apparent reason) to discover that my WR terms had been altered (at the Casino's discretion) meaning that my WR for each and every form of bonus received had the number of times required to be wagered increased significantly from the stock standard 50X WR to such an unreasonable 70X WR which for a Microgaming casino is pretty unheard of nowadays.I think the reason behind me feeling the way I do is that when I initially discovered the discrepancies with bonus play through figures (which I obtain from the Casino Connect app) only realizing the issue and contacting the casino support desk to be told that at the discretion of casino management, certain (but not all) accounts had their bonus WR increased from the 50X to 70X quite some time ago now and that I must be one of those unfortunate members who was affected by this just got me a tad annoyed because I’m left wondering why??? Why my account, why not everyone’s account...OK maybe someone who doesn’t play much or hardly deposits would have this applied to their account but I deposit a very considerable amount into all of my casino accounts under the Palace Group of Casino’s so it really doesn’t make sense as to why you would, in a way, punish one of your loyal customers and to top it off, I was never informed by any form of correspondence of this major adjustment on my account...
