Delay in payment and verification


Hello dear administration of the forum. I ask you to help me with this casino, as they are deceivers and are not going to pay my winnings. A week ago I made a deposit of 1000 euros and won 5,500 euros, and decided to withdraw my money. Then they asked for the documents and said that the check could take 24-96 hours. After the expiration of this period, they declare that they did not receive any documents from me. Although I have an email with a confirmation of receipt of documents
