Refusing to assist me in obtaining my winnings

I am a little shocked to be submitting this complaint about Mr Green Casino. I have played at this online Casino for many years and they have a good reputation. However I am afraid their withdrawal
procedure seems to be lacking. I play many Casinos and most typically assist when there is a withdrawal issue. What happened was I had a win of $575 at Mr Green and was informed that there would be a quick payout. As i had not played at the Casino for approximately a year they requested updated document which I immediately provided. Then I did not hear from the Casino for 5 days or a week and was told that they were unable to issue the payment to my credit card as it rejected the payment. This is probably true as I had an issue with Casino winnings to this card before. The email offered an option for a wire transfer (attached) which I saw online for one day and then that option for payout disappeared. So I contacted customer service trying to have this resolved. Now my winnings have declined to $380 Canadian. I have had conversations with various customer service reps at least 8 times in the past few weeks. I attached th email where they suggested a wire transfer at least 4 times and the reps ignore it and give me reasons for my winnings being rejected such as incorrect documents. Three times I submitted my drivers license and the rep said it had expired when the license clearly shows an expiry date of 2031. I submitted a bank statement and that was rejected with no explanation. There is absolutely no way to email their accounting; you must go through these customer service reps.I was told to use different card for deposits which I did twice. And one particularly rude representative totally did not read my texts in chat and submitted some irrelevant information and unilaterally cut off the chat without allowing me to respond. This is extremely disappointing and I am at my wits end trying to deal with these reps. I myself am involved in Customer Service as a Realtor and I would not think of being so rude to clients ! It is not a huge sum of money $380 Canadian but it is my winnings and I would appreciate someone getting through to the powers that be to resolve this. Thank you

Withdrawal stalled over 3 weeks and counting

I have played on Mr green for a while now. At the beginning of July this year I've made a withdrawal and it came to my deposit method in 2 days. Now after my second win around 1700€ it's been pending/stalled since 24th July, so 3 weeks up to this date. First they sent me an email that I had to send the proof of my bank statement (after the withdrawal and deposits were already made with the same physical card) which I did and it was verified (I got an email from them).

After that I was on helpline numerous times and kept getting the same generic answers that my case was flagged and monitored by several helpline agents. This didn't lead to any movement. I also filed internal complaint with them. Some agents were trying to tell me that nothing was sent from my side even though it's recorded in chat history and I got the email of verification. What's really annoying is that I've made a withdrawal prior to this and now all these issues arise just like the ones I'm reading about. I wish I had read the Reddit forums before cause it looks like this is a regular issue lately with them when it comes to withdrawing your winnings. Making a deposit not a bother.

I guess next steps will be eCogra and Malta Gaming Licence committee if my issue won't be resolved.

It's a shame and very bad for Mr.Green reputation.

My withdrawals is on pending for a week

I've been playing with mr green for a while. I've done full verification and done couple of withdrawals which went through same day. Lately I tried to withdraw not much over 200€ first time I've done 3 withdrawals 100€ 100€ and 10€. I've been waiting for 2 weeks and nothing happened as withdrawals are stuck on pending. I've been contacting customer service and have been told my case has been prioritised. After 2 weeks reversed withdrawals and tried second card which I used for deposit; waited a couple of days no results. Won 8€ from bonus reversed other 2 withdrawals and tried one more withdraw for 254€ which is pending for last 5 days so far. Contacted customer service same story: my case has been flagged and prioritised, but no results. All the issues started after I hit 15K € in one of game but increased stake and lost almost everything tried to withdraw 5K 2K and 200€, but reversed that and lost. No active bonus. Each time I requested withdraw its say should be submitted after one business day.

Mr Green withholding withdrawal due to system error

Dear AskGamblers Team, I am filing this complaint against Mr Green because my legitimate winnings have been withheld for over two weeks without justification, and a proven system error has not been resolved by the casino. Here is the exact sequence of events: 1. May 28, 2026: I registered my new bank account with Mr Green. Successful verification was explicitly confirmed to me by an employee in the live chat. (Previous deposits were made via paysafecard). 2. June 2, 2026: I requested a withdrawal and received confirmation via email with the withdrawal ID: 953353413115. My username is: < username removed > ID 844001556 3. June 2 to June 10, 2026: In the live chat, I was given the same standard phrases every day ("waiting for approval," "forwarded to accounting," "will be processed later today"). 4 June 11, 2026: I received an official email from the payment team. In it, they apologized for the delay and assured me in writing that the money would be in my account within 4–7 business days. 5 However, the status remained unchanged: The payout is still listed as "pending," and the "reverse button" is still active. Technically, the money hasn't even been sent. 6 June 13, 2026 (Saturday): After my complaint, a live chat employee officially admitted: "OMG, still haven't received it... the payout was re-initiated on June 11, but it seems to be stuck somehow. The money hasn't left the casino yet." She promised to forward it to the relevant department. 7 June 15, 2026 (Today): When I inquired again in the live chat, I was once again given the standard phrase "2–3 business days." When I insisted on being connected to a supervisor/manager to manually resolve the known system error, the employee ignored my request and simply ended the chat on their own initiative. Since Mr Green's email support is blocked for players from Austria ("We are currently unable to receive emails from Austria"), live chat is my only means of contact, but I am being blocked there as well. I have taken complete screenshots of every single step, every email, and every live chat (including the admission of the system error on Saturday and today's chat termination) and have attached them to this complaint. I demand that Mr Green immediately resolve the technical error in my account manually through a manager and finally pay out my rightful winnings. Thank you for your assistance.

Verification stalling issue

So the complaint is about verification issue. I've been battling with Mr Green casino for a month now and they are giving me empty promises. I have submitted all the documents needed for account verification, I've submitted them many times. Now they are stating that the documents are verified but they just need to update my account so I can do a withdrawal. They promised me 3 days ago that it will be done by that day, did not happen. Next day and the day after that they promised that they will prioritize this situation and it will be handled quickly, nothing happened. Today on 27th of may at 2.26PM they promised me that my account will be updated in a hour or two. I waited for 3 hours and nothing happened. I contacted them and got told again that my case will be prioritized and I will get updated again but I fear nothing is happening. It has been over a month already of this battle and I am very sick and tired.

Rejected withdrawal and rude communication

Hello.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my withdrawal of 360.00 Euro’s.

From the beginning, I used skrill deposit method, and everything went super smooth. Once my documents were verified, i have requested a withdrawal no. 933624414947.

A day later, I received a reply that my withdrawal was rejected and my deposit method was blocked.

I have been requested to make a new deposit (why do I have to deposit more??) to create a new deposit route. Well, why I have to create a new route if at first hand all deposits were correctly taken? They ask me to deposit via Visa, but they do not allow me to do it. All my banks say that it's not the problem on the bank's end. Its the casino's end problem and it’s not fixing. Casino payment provider blocks it, and I do not have any deposit methods available anymore.

Moreover, the customer service person, Jane, was very rude. Closing down the chat without any further explanations or taken extra mile to solve the issues the customer is facing.

At this point, I'm completely lost and left hanging without any clear vision on how to receive what I rightfully own.

I demand immediate review and transfer of my funds to the original deposit.

KYC delayed from 10th December 2025

I've deposited several times at this casino, and I never thought it would give me such a hard time. I've been trying to withdraw money since December 10, 2025. I've sent literally every bank statement I could find that confirms my address and shows the postal code, but they reject all the documents, saying they can't see the postal code, according to live support. New details

Have been waiting for payment since 4th of september. Have sent copy of Id in 8th of october but when I contact them which I have Done about 10 times, they say I stand in line for id check. The last conversation I had today, they said I was in contact with them yesterday, but the last contact I had was on 19th of november. They answer the same everytime that I be in line for id but it's strange that it will take more than 2 months.

Selection of games at Mr Green casino is simply awesome - Betsoft, Netent, Microgaming, NYX, and couple which I somehow forget right now. But generally speaking - you will be happy with selection of games at this website.

If you already had account with this casino and played in past - you will be surprised because they have changed design of their website, and also just yesterday they added Christmas calendar on their website, it looks like it will be awesome promotion, and of course I am very happy to see it.

Customer support at Mr Green casino is very friendly, and I am specially very happy with them. Once I made mistake and canceled my bonus - all my balance gone, and I had zero. So I just contacted them saying that I did this by mistake, and I am sorry. And they was happy to re-credit me bonus again with even less wagering requirements, which is really great. So I could say that I am rate customer support at Mr.Green casino very high.

Bonuses and promotions are regular, and usually casino also gives freespins without deposit, probably once or twice per month, and it is just great. Also they not often give reload bonuses, but have regular cashdrops and other promotions like tournaments, so everything is very good with it.

I am to date had only one withdrawal from this casino, and I am must say that I am happy. No documents were requested from me, and withdrawal was paid within 4 hours.

Well, really too much:

- min. withdraw is 30 € (lol....but deposits of 10 € are ok)

-slots have a low rtp ( I played a while, so i know what I say, and not on one slot..on different types and they're all running the same way)

- let you deposit via Neteller and banktransfer, but then you must withdraw trough your bank account, cause "they say" it's the most recent deposit, whatever this should mean. In my opinion just politic to hold the money in the system. Why the method is able to choose, when I can't use it? Took two days to send me an email and then another few days to withdraw ( I hope it comes, really not sure at the moment)

I first opened an account at Mr Green Casino when I found an offer for 10 free spins for the slot Starburst for registering an account. So I made the account and claimed the free spins without any problems. Of course I did not win anything big from the free spins but my first impression of the casino was really good.

Mr Green Casino is a pretty well designed website and it is easy to navigate to it. Also I checked their welcome package which is really good. In the welcome bonus, there are 4 deposit bonuses for the first 4 deposits. For the first deposit there is a 100% bonus, for the second 50%, third 25% and for the forth deposit there is a 125% bonus which seemed great to me. When I joined them I didn't know if I could claim welcome bonus, if my country is in promotions for this bonus for new players.

After I created account I went into cashier and tried to deposit. After I selected to deposit 20€ I saw they offer 100% match deposit bonus for me, so I selected this too. I received the bonus and I was ready to play.

I played different games from DOA, The Marvellous Mr Green, Immortal Romance and Terminator 2. I got few wins, but it was not huge or big. Just medium ones. When I tried to raised my bet and cached something bigger I ended with my balance at zero. It was so fast. I don't know how much bonus I wagered, but it doesn't matter because I couldn't requested withdraw. I had nice time here, I could have much more fun if I managed to withdraw something. Like the most of the gamblers I usually try to get a free bonus on a casino if I want to try them because I don't like to risk my money in an unknown casino. That was the reason why I registered to the Mr Green casino from an affiliate site whom gives 5 euro bonus for the registration. Usually my country is restricted from the no deposit bonuses but this time it wasn't on the list. The bonus conditions wasn't impossible, I had to wager 175 euro and no maximum cash out from the bonus.

I registered to the casino and after I verified my mobile phone number I received the 5 euro bonus. I began to play on the twin spin with the minimal 25c bet. I almost spin down my whole bonus when the reels started to spin back and all of the reels turns into kings. I was amazed because I get almost 100 euro on the minimum bet.
