Usually have no trouble but recently went to make a withdrawal and whilst withdrawal was pending I accepted a bonus of free spins. After completing free spins they had transferred all my real money to bonus money and told me I could not get it back until I had played the wager amount. No help from support staff they just continued to tell me to keep playing if I wanted the bonus money, which was my money in the first place.

My advice is if you have a withdrawal pending. Don’t accept any bonus or free spins from them at all as it will result in you losing your money in one way or another. Very disappointed in this as before this had no problems.

Actually noting to be honest. Only thing was I’ve been a bit scared of those bad comments referring to the payment politics of mr.bet. Absolutely wrong - I did not take any bonus so it was no problem to cash out all of it. Read terms before playing and everything will be fine.

Very good casino, don`t listen to bad reviews, in my case everything was fine and withdrawed my winnings.
As for the casino: Good looking interface, very professional and kind support team ( you will notice it when you will have some questions ), big variaty of bonuses on FTD and FS of many kind. Many game providers. After ID check withdraw on E-wallet was made in about 1-2 hours, ID check requested in 1 day after withdraw request and was completed in ~30 minutes. Support noticed that if I want to withdraw, I should not play, or be more careful not to loose ( first time in my experience saw that from support ).

For the first time withdrawing, you will need to wait about 1 business day + they will check you ID ( it`s not a problem if you`re not abuser or used fake id upon registration ). ID check including ID/PASS photo, selfie ( using app ) and e-wallet/credit card verification. Not a big deal, if you're OK with your ID`s.

I made some big wins in the casino and requested several withdrawals. The limit is 5000 euro a week/15000 a month. I have reveived three first payments to my Skrill account. Thursday at 11.30 am, three straight weeks and counting. I still have many payments to receive and will update here after a while to confirm that payments still are received. Seems highly legit. Very good experience.

The payments of maximum 15 000 a month is not ideal, but not big problem to have payments in instalments, by now. Hopefully they will raise it to 30 000 euro a month after a while.
