At first they had a nice layout of the website. Good amounts of games. First they had some decent bonuses but over time they changed them. I lived in Norway so can’t really say more of it now, today I live in Sweden and they don’t operate here.
Anytime a casino starts asking for documents when you wanna cash out, it is bad imo. Why give a trouble then? Well, ofc they want to make it difficult and hope you waste the money while waiting for them. They asked for tons of documents. And after a couple of days after I showed all I can including a gas bill, they finally paid out. I got 4 different payments from my withdrawal, all coming from 4 private persons with Russian last names. From their bank accounts. They have American names in live chat and when you call them on the phone they have Russian accents. I stopped playing there. But truth is, They were nice and helpful until I won something (for once) and wanted to cash out.
