Can be confusing trying to get the achievements and sometimes the live chat doesn't connect. Also I think you should get at least one bonus a day that you deposit and the bonus shouldn't have a 40 wagering on it because it kinda seems like a waste of time ever worrying about the bonuses. I am reviewing mostly the sportsbook part. I'm also an experienced player, and the bonus on Mr.bet looked good so I wanted to give it a shot. After 3 days i was limited so I couldnt bet anymore. (bet limit 0,05$!), so I decided to withdraw my money since I was not allowed to make more bets. The verificaton and withdrawal process took 3 weeks. I have never experienced a bookmaker that takes so long to do this process. Every time something went wrong I had to wait 2-3 days again.
The sportsbook i think has not a user friendly setup, both on computer and mobile. I also think the selection of games and sports are very limited compared to other big and known bookmakers. Now I'm finished with them, but its not at all a bookmaker i can recommend. If its something positive to say it is that their livechat/support is available 24/7, but they cant help you, they just forwarding your questions to other departments which takes days to get answer from.
