Mirax Casino - Intentionally delaying verification process

Good day everyone,

I'm not able to withdraw my winning from Mirax Casino cause of a verification issue. As we all are aware how most verification process works. 1. ID/passport check; 2. address check; 3. payment check. I've been an online slots player for a while and understand the reason behind the process and have been repeating this process on quite some casino platforms..

It is the same for Mirax Casino, they have those 3 points. And all 3 have been verified, but it is not enough and they also require a selfie ID, handwritten date name of the Casino AND my whole hand has to be on the same picture. No big deal, some of us are familiar with that. So I did the process and uploaded selfie, and this is where the problem start. I've sent them about 6-7 pictures and they keep coming up with excuses such as, the quality picture is bad, you need to stay further away from the camera, now you are TOO far from the camera, we can't see your whole hand and so on and on. Each time, I follow their instructions just to come to the conclusion I just end up at square one which is the very first selfie I have sent them. And the cycle of excuses restart. At this point they will not acknowledge any selfie I'm sending in as they do not want to allow me to withdraw my money but put it back in the casino instead.

I see no choice but to have to ask AskGamblers team for their help to resolve this matter. Attaching the conversation with Mirax Casino supporter and some selfie example as proof.

MIrax Casino - Delayed withdrawal for the next 14 days 3400 EUR

Dear Askgamblers,

My experience at Mirax casino turned from a great joy to a great nightmare. I was successfully verified in the casino. I did not use any bonus for my transfers (total value: 1500 EUR!).

After playing for some time, I managed to win 3400 euros. I immediately verified my account and immediately made a withdrawal via Neteller. First, the casino claimed that they had checked the payout and that it was in the processing phase. Then I got a message from them that I entered the wrong email and that I can now wait for the next 14 days, when the payment will be possible. What worries me here is the fact that they don't want to give me the email I used for the payout, and they also don't want to give me the Neteller ID transaction. Never in my life has it happened to me that I entered the wrong email. Also, waiting 14 days for a solution is a very long time. I have already written to Neteller, I will try to speed up the whole process, I would also like Mirax casino to help me with this.

I repeat: I have never used the wrong email. Also, I don't get a Neteller transaction id from the casino, so I sent an email to Neteller as well.

One more time: my deposits to the casino site are in total of 1500 euros, and currently my profit in the amount of 3400 euros is also in the "clouds". So all in all, almost EUR 5,000.

Good games selection. You'll find all the main game options at many other casinos so there is nothing really unique to offer in that sense, but it is a good selection.

I would strongly caution to the player community that they payouts are not instant as they claim all over their casino/website. One of my biggest peeves is when claims like this are made and in reality do not reflect the truth. Play at Wild or mbit for the same games but they truly pay instantly. Mirax sat on my withdrawals for a full day and when I asked them about it I was told there was no ETA and they are processed in the order in which they are received. Emailing support was unanswered as well.

On the positive side, I really liked the clean and modern design of the site: everything looks professional and user-friendly. The games load smoothly, without lags and glitches, which makes the process much more pleasant. Also there is a really great variety of games here, so it's never boring - you can always find something new to try, updates of the games and the site are happening all the time .

Among the downsides, I noticed that the mobile app sometimes freezes or lags, which can be frustrating during gameplay. Also, the verification process took quite a long time — around 6 hours in my case, which felt excessive compared to other platform

Variety of games and payment methods are great. Very easy to navigate.
Withdrawals are fast.
They are not instant as the site claims, but they are fast.

They are very underhanded.
They send promos via email that they say they can't honor.
For instance today I contacted customer support because I had received an email 3 days ago offering me bitcoins and my account with only a 10 times wagering requirement.
The support representative told me that the email had actually been sent over a month ago and it was no longer valid and that I had somehow altered the dates on the email with the use of a third party software. The last thing that I have time to do is alter emails to try to get a little bit of free Bitcoin from a casino.
The email had no expiration date for the promotion and it was sent to me on Tuesday of this past week. The representatives were trying to tell me that it was sent to me on October 14th.
Clearly they just did not want to honor the promotion.
Clearly it was a bait and switch.

I didn’t lose any money. That’s the only thing good. And I would like Askgamblers to reach out to me to get them black listed. Because what went through was a joke. No one else needs to. Also shown the 1st deposit match and free spins were available for me to receive with the switch that claims the promo flipped on the active position that am excluded. Mirax is easy to join, and has multiple banking methods, and multiple currencies. Photo identification processes are processed very quickly. It'll also carries a large number of games to play.

The trouble happens when you win big on this casino. Even though my win was only around 400 x, I was betting big. Casino has weekly limits. Then there are the delays. They always say they are verifying the big win however this is even on the third withdrawal week, when it has already been verified. Simply put, the withdrawal processes (delays) take all the joy out of winning. I believe the withdrawal will happen but they delay this in the hopes you will lose it all back. In addition, there is no live support although email support does respond fairly quickly - although with rote answers that tell you nothing. This treatment loses this casino massive points which is a shame, as I otherwise enjoyed playing there but will not be back. Due to their lack of transparency around withdrawals, and delays in processing the withdrawals, I cannot recommend this casino.

When I visited Mirax for the first time the theme of the site showed too dark but later I got used to it and realized that it is much more convenient than blinding accents on other sites from which my eyes hurt in half an hour.
