So, I wanted to test this casino as it was new to me. Prior I have read here the ratings and the challenges of this casino. I made a deposit and I lost but then I managed to win right after as it with gambling online. I can only say the verification was super fast, support was available via email and replied to me very fast! I clicked on the link, uploaded documents and indeed, I just needed to wait a few seconds and my account was verified instantly so I had no issues with playing.
Now regarding the withdrawal; To be honest I just needed to wait one day until the amount has arrived at my bank account. I am always sceptical when it comes to withdrawals in online casinos which I am not familiar with but this casino surprised me positively! The Withdrawal was approved within an hour - that's mega!!!
Summary; Make your own experience and don't read too many negative reviews. This casino is legit and pays out, the verification is very easy, even though the support is just in English.

I deposited well over $2,000, asked to have my account verified for a faster withdraw process if I were to withdrawal funds, and they refused to verify my account at first stating “we will contact you when verification is needed, it is currently not requested at this time.” After further push with multiple emails, they finally did go through with verification. I’d also like to point out that it is stated on the website that this request could be made to customer service at any time, which clearly was a problem. Lastly, I set my account to a timeout, a month later I had a request for “Verification of Source of Wealth” ie, “where do you work, how much money do you earn annually?”..while currently in a cooling-off period. To say the least, I would not recommend this casino to anyone I’d you’re looking for a smooth process when it comes to deposits, withdraws, verification, or customer support.
