I'm a new player at MegaRush. Had problems registering, and I had some questions before I started. Support answered me by email right away and was very interested in solving the problems and the answers to my questions right away. They could quickly get tired of my hassle through several emails, but they never gave up. I am very impressed with how fast, helpful and nice support is. Top class. So, I wanted to test this casino as it was new to me. Prior I have read here the ratings and the challenges of this casino. I made a deposit and I lost but then I managed to win right after as it with gambling online. I can only say the verification was super fast, support was available via email and replied to me very fast! I clicked on the link, uploaded documents and indeed, I just needed to wait a few seconds and my account was verified instantly so I had no issues with playing.
Now regarding the withdrawal; To be honest I just needed to wait one day until the amount has arrived at my bank account. Customer service is not 24/7 and the direct chat is down often during the times it states it is open. You’ll have to go through email and usually wait anywhere from 20 mins to 24 hours to get a single reply. Furthermore, the trustworthiness of this casino lacks, to say the least. I deposited well over $2,000, asked to have my account verified for a faster withdraw process if I were to withdrawal funds, and they refused to verify my account at first stating “we will contact you when verification is needed, it is currently not requested at this time.” After further push with multiple emails, they finally did go through with verification. I’d also like to point out that it is stated on the website that this request could be made to customer service at any time, which clearly was a problem. Lastly, I set my account to a timeout, a month later I had a request for “Verification of Source of Wealth” ie, “where do you work, how much money do you earn annually?”..while currently in a cooling-off period. To say the least, I would not recommend this casino to anyone I’d you’re looking for a smooth process when it comes to deposits, withdraws, verification, or customer support.

Customer support seems to be pleasant to speak to and they are rather fast at responding.
They have been holding my winnings complaining about Source of Wealth which has been provided for over 5/6 days ago and still no reply. It's a way for them to keep the funds. Strongly advise not to play here because as soon as you win, you need to kyc they will hold the funds for as long as possible. Watch out for bad business ethics.
