Request of withdrawal is being cancelled over and over again

Hello,

I have made a deposit without any bonus and have won in this casino. I have requested withdrawal since 3rd April. They asked for verification which I have approved. Now as from that day on my request for withdrawal, it has been canceled a total of 4 times. The casino is stating that I am the one who canceled my own withdrawal all these times, while I am complaining about this in the support chat. After the 4th time they are saying that there is an issue with my Astropay account and I need to contact them instead as the issue is on my side and not theirs. So here is another statement from the first one.

So, I contact the Astropay support and I get this respond back about it check the file attached and I now sent them this again to the casino, the proof from Astropay support which they say there is not any problems from them, and they are responding to me and saying that I have cancelled my request of withdrawal again. This is what they have stated since 3.April 2023.

I hope Askgamblers can help me sort this out. I will attach all files and screenshots.
