mBit casino has perhaps the best customer service of any of the BTC casinos out there. I am not even sure any traditional fiat one's could compete either. Thankfully, mBit decided to go with amore traditional rewards program which offers MLPs and 4 VIP tiers.

One thing I appreciate of mBit is occasionally getting a few freespins out of the blue to enjoy on a quick break from work. This gesture and the mental break it can give me on a long day really says a lot about how they treat customers.

The games themselves are fairly standard for BTC and the free spins come on just a few repeatedly. The one I play my freespins on, Boomanji, can perhaps be the most annoying but is now one of my favorite as the loud annoying booms offer excitement that few others attempt.

The interface is also fairly standard and clean, if not boring, and everything is easy to find.

Currently, the VIP program isn't completely automated so it can take a few days to know where one stands in that regard. As stated, the games are fairly common and found at a number of BTC and some fiat casinos.

Here's where it gets bad. They hate if you win. I always played fair, have taken few "bonuses", have converted almost none of them. Yet on my last session I was given 70mbtc in free loyalty points. I managed to win 9btc. I was paid and cashed out instantly. Well done. I then later get an email telling me some obscure reasoning that I am no longer allowed in the VIP programme. I can't stress how loyal and honest of a player I was. Some random manager named Leon, wrote me in broken, poor punctuated English some random rant about bonus weighting and told me to basically go to hell and revoked my VIP status.

I am up about 40mbtc not on the site, I have been paid. So this isn't a complaint, however, it's a really poor business decision to penalize a player when they're up. Don't they want it back.

I'm nervous to deposit any more money on a site that threatens me over random things that make no sense. It's a shame, because these guys were the best in the business. Now they are sliding down the ladder - quickly.

I think mbit may possibly be suffering with solvency issues and I would be cautious about paying in money to their site.
