MaxiPlay Casino - Not paying winnings even after getting documents notarized!
On 31/3/17 i won £5100 n maxiplay casino, i tried to withdraw this money and recieved an email saying i had to provide documents to verify my account. i sent them the documents the same day, then recieved an email from them saying that i had to get the documents notarised within 7 days! i had to take time off work to vistit a solicitor and get my documents notarised. The notary stamped and signed the 4 documents that the casino had asked for and gave me the copies. i emailed the notarised documents to the casino on 12/4/17 and heard no reply - despite chasing them up - until 20/4/17. i recieved an email from them saying that in order to fully complete the verification process they needed to call me! i asked them to call me any time after 4pm which they did not manage until they called me on saturday 22nd april. the guy i spoke to said that was fine and my acount was totally verified and my money would be released immediatly! Great i thought, finally. Wednesday 26/4/17 they have sent me an email saying that they need notarised documents from me within 7 days, with no reason why!! As you can see from above it takes an age to get a reply to emails from them. i queried the reasons for this request on chat to first be told the photos of the notarised documents i sent were not clear enough- they were perfect photos, then to be told the email needs to come directly from the notary! then to be told that the notary needs to confirm in writing that he has notarised the documents! he has clearly stamped and signed all the documents so i cannot understand what the problem is! 26/4 i requested that the casino call me to discuss why they are rerequesting the documents, as they have no phone number to call them. 27/4/17 I recieved an email saying that they had tried to call me and when is convinient to call - i had no missed calls on my phone from them at all!They then said they would call 28/4/17 after 5pm but I have yet to hear anything. it just seems like maxiplay casino are delaying paying me in the hope i will give up on my money. i have jumped through all the hoops they have set and still this is not good enough and i just do not know where to go from here. Please help!

I'd like to just comment on my experience at Maxi, Verification was sorted out quickly, my withdrawal was processed in a timely fashion and a great selection of games. Live support were also helpful.

Maxiplay Casino is yet one more casino owned by ProgressPlay, of which I had signed up much earlier on back in 2016. Recently, I revisited their website to have a refresh look, but especially to make sure whether I could still do login into the casino or not. Why? Simply because lots of casinos have had new restrictions imposed upon them, and my country has now been restricted in most cases. MaxiPlay Casino is no exception, but because I have already made my registration before the new restrictions came in, I could still access the casino and play my games, if I still want to. However, this may not be a wise move, because those new restrictions may still come into play if I try to make a withdrawal. I do not know for sure, but I'm not willing to take the risk now.

Nonetheless, when I signed up at MaxiPlay Casino back then, I received 25 no-deposit free spins on NetEnt's Dracula game, which gave me a small winning of $2.60, but then lost it all after continuing play. Dracula has never been a game that I liked - not then, and not now either. It has never gave me any wins after several attempts on the game. After making my first deposit, I was also given some more free spins on Starburst, which gave me a reasonable small win of $11.29. This too was eventually lost on the same game after continuation of play, but at least Starburst played a lot better than Dracula did!

If that deposit had been made recently, I would definitely have played my deposit and bonus money on my current favourite game, Supe It Up, but since this took place back in 2016, I had played all of my credits on my then favourite game, Creature From The Black Lagoon. It still is one of my favourite games, but its payouts have dwindled down drastically since then, so I hardly play the game anymore. Needless to say, my play on the game on that particular day did not go well at all. I did get a few Free Spins games along the way, but each one of them paid so miserably low that I finally lost all my balance within an hour of play. That was very disappointing indeed for me, as I was expecting an extended play time at the very least, but that didn't happened.
