Matchbook Casino - Withdrawal not paid for over 5 weeks
On the 12th August I deposited to my Matchbook account after hearing of there reopening and had a total win of £8664 which I withdrew.

On the 13th August Matchbook emailed me that my withdrawal was declined because I needed to verify my account. I was asked to send my ID and Proof of address to them.

I had moved house in June when Matchbook was still closed and hadn't changed my address with them before they asked for my documents. I explained this in my email to them so I sent them photo's of my passport, a bank statement with my old address on and a bank statement with my new address on to confirm the change. This was sent on the 14th August.

I tried to login to my account on the 19th August but couldn't so I emailed them again asking for any update on their verification process. I heard nothing back so I used the live chat to see what was happening and gave the agent my new address details and he accepted them so they must of changed them.

I sent them another email on the 24th August asking for any update. No response. By this time I was concerned that I hadn't heard anything from them. So on the 31st August I submitted a complaint to them detailing the timeline of this ordeal and explained how their email said that the verification process should take up to 72 hours and it had been much longer. I got an automated response saying they should reply within 2-5 days. When this time passed I spoke to another agent who told me things were being dealt with and I should hear from them soon.

I haven't heard anything from them since. I am so frustrated with how I am being treated where I get no information or even an email from them to explain why this is taking so long. I really need some help or advice on how to deal with this. I have taken screenshots of all the emails from me and Matchbook and have attached them as I was advised by one of your support staff. I really hope you can help.

Matchbook Casino - Stalling and not giving my bonus
via your site i found an bonus at matchbook casino: 200 % and 50 free spins on spinata grande. i deposit 10 euro's and expected to get the bonus instant. that was not the way it worked at this casino. because i had to sent documents required for getting this bonus. i thought no problem thats normal and i received an email from matchbook casino saying the bonus would be credited within 48 hours. that was also not a problem because if thats in the t&c than thats the way it's gonna be no problem. but now i chatted with support afterwords and i get 3 different stories in a couple of days. the first was i will get the bonus saturdaymorning and they will be there at the same time. when i asked chat support this morning they didn't know nothing and the departement that goes upon this had to validate more things. (you can find this all in the attachements that ill sent you with this mail). but the day before the first guy nick that he had escalate this to the departement and the bonus would be in my account the next day in the morning and they would be there at the same time 200 % plus 50 free spins. first of all i had to chat again with support in order to get my 200 % and the 50 free spins they would notify me via mail. but still nothing happened. My problem is and you'll see this in the chattranscripts i sent you with this email is that i'm being lied to and than i get angry... just tell the truth and they are stalling everything delaying everything till the moment the videoslot when i can play gives nothing... (notice this is my feeling) why do i say this because someone of support told me via another way, but i don't give names about that. the point is now we're over the 48 hours and still no 50 free spins and also the 200 % bonus i had run after like dog and they keep letting me wait... i don't like that. keep your part of the deal and you own t&c. but i will sent you all the evidence than you can see for yourself how they lie i tried to stay cool but if you replie a notice what is written in the t&c of the casino and than you hear via support but thats not the way it works.... than i'm really mad because than you've lied to me from the beginning. it's like support via chat is there for me to give me bonus only when they favour... it all doesn't add up what is yours is yours and what is mine is mine and do not irritate me by stalling and lying to me. i hope to solve this in a descent way but how can i be descent if they're treating me like an person who's nothing worth and i mean like with the thoughts "let him wait" no not with me. I came across this casino maybe several months ago and the reason why I joined because they were new to me since I never heard of them before. They are established since so 2004 so I guess they should be ok when it comes to withdraw. They have plenty of bonuses with match, reload free spins offer but so many months has gone and I didn't take any of their bonuses. Well you have to deposit there at least once so you could be eligible for those free spins.

A bit poor portfolio of casino games if you ask me and they are so many years as an online casino, but maybe their goal is

As for their time frame withdraw don't know that much but reading other players review, their time is 3 days but that's together with the KYC verification, well maybe that's decent time but me used to very fast withdraws as some casino are offering this days I think they are a bit slow when it comes to their withdraw.

As I already mentioned in their bonuses, their bonuses are one of the worst I have seen, because their terms and conditions are so unfriendly and don't think I will use them ever. Played here few times without taking any bonus and didn't have any luck. Change your terms of bonuses they are really horrible, maximum bet of only 1 euro is awful.

I was register from askgamblers in this Casino in hope to get good one. The reality was diferent then what I see here.
I deposit first bonus 200% +60 frer spin.

After I play I am not lucky I lose what is normal.i try play my free spin I dont find them. I ask nicely from chat what they was not nice to ask me finish your wager before get free spin ,???????
I was suprise how finish wager and my balance is only 0.06€???
Noo body give any answer only is terme and condition in this casino.
I am not happy and I advice all new player to be careful about this Casino.... because is not fair if is still for you example 4000€ to wager you never get free spin.

After reading the reviews I thought I’d try them out, found everything ok, good games to have a go on, I was lucky enough to win £700 from my first deposit of £100 ant thought let’s see what the withdrawal is like, I have had many accounts on many sites and this is up near the top wen it comes to withdrawing your cash, after one day I was told to send I-d docs, 2 days later cash was in my account. I received 40 free spins on divine fortune. Which amounted to just over £6 in winnings. I then accumulated and got the balance to £44. Meanwhile every ten to twenty seconds the game just stopped working. Telling me my internet connection was slow. My internet connection was perfectly fine, the game I played was Jingle Bells, was having fun then out of no where my the £44 just vanished, like someone manually went in a deleted my balance. I asked chat many times and told them the situation. They told me to wait one moment, 20 minutes later I'm still waiting... then they have the audacity to cut me off. I go back thinking nothing of it and thought maybe they where having problems.

Then I tried to speak with two other reps and they don't respond, I become baffled, and can't believe what's going on, then I try once more and they turn the chat off for me. I swear this casino is evil and someone on there has it out for me. It was the most aggravating experience I've ever had.

They by no means won't to sort the situation out so they block you from communicating and hope you will no come back. That's the honest truth, I probably will never trust a casino again, they literally pushed me to the side, the first guy I talked to seemed to understand and saw he could see what I won and the wagering requirements what was left which was £16.

Really disappointed with the lack of support this casino offers and will really urge anyone to not expect anything better. Please be careful where and who you chose too trust. Casino needs to realize that this fathing about exhausts people, especially me I feel terrible, like it was part my fault, all I did was play my free spins which was given to me, maybe the issue was I wasn't supposed to win, the gambling commission needs to look into how these casino's treat there customers.
