Verification delay and withdrawal blocked

$779

Marsbet has been holding my funds for over a month under the pretext of “account verification”.

I am a customer for more than 5 years.
Re-verification was requested ONLY because Marsbet migrated to a new platform.

All documents were uploaded immediately.
All documents were reviewed quickly EXCEPT one, which remains “pending” without any explanation.

As a result:
- verification lasts more than 30 days
- withdrawal is blocked
- balance of 66 USD is frozen
- support provides only template replies: “please wait”, “your request is forwarded”

No deadlines are provided.
This is an unreasonable and excessive delay and looks like intentional stalling of withdrawal.

I request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue and forcing Marsbet to complete verification and release my funds.

Money disappeared from the account

Hello. The casino stole my money from my balance. Deleted my activity history, but does not respond to my emails.

I tried to contact them in the chat, but unfortunately they told me twice in the chat that they could not help and that they are not competent in matters of where the players' funds go from their accounts.

I passed a full identity check and asked to make a withdrawal, as you can see on the screenshot. at first, my withdrawal requests were rejected many times, and then the last time when I issued a withdrawal request, I received an email from the casino that they had made an error and that I should make a new withdrawal request.

When I came to issue a new withdrawal request, I saw that all my funds had disappeared from the account, only 28 euros of my deposit remained.

I am asking you to help me get all my deposits back because the casino is robbing its players. If they took my winnings and decided to return only my deposit, then I want absolutely all of my deposits returned to me. After all, this is a robbery. I sincerely hope for your help.

Withholding my deposit of 1679 Euros

$267

Hello, I need your help. Marsbet Casino denied me the opportunity to play in the casino, withholding my deposit of 1679 Euros.

Moreover, I became aware of this only after replenishing my balance. Previously, my account was successfully verified. I didn't break the casino rules.

After I received a refusal to play at the casino, I requested the withdrawal of my deposit to my payment wallet. BUT! The casino indicates the need to win back the deposit by betting on sports. I think this is absurd! Moreover, I have never done this and consider it coercion, which grossly violates my rights as a player.

The complaint procedure for considering complaints was followed, but did not bring any results.

Please provide assistance. I am attaching correspondence with the casino.

Thank you.

Without valid reason my account deactivated

€1,679

On 27th June I created marsbet account and I won when i applied withdrawal I was asked for account verification. When I uploaded all the documents, I remained pending, my document was not approved even after chatting again and again. One day my account got fully verified when I did the withdrawal after 4-5 hours I logged in the account then the user was saying Deactivate🥺. When I chatted I didn't tell the right reason, I got very upset.

I gave Marsbet a try, but it quickly proved to be a mistake. The site’s layout is confusing and not user‑friendly, making it hard to find games or providers.

Gameplay was unreliable — the website failed while I was playing, causing losses. Support staff seemed unaware of the issue, and despite my IT background and proof that the problem wasn’t on my end, their response was dismissive.

Bonuses and promotions were equally frustrating. Progress bars didn’t update, rewards didn’t trigger, and even after multiple reports with screenshots and payment evidence, nothing was fixed. Customer service ranged from indifferent to empathetic, but ultimately couldn’t resolve anything.

Bottom line: Marsbet’s platform is broken, its promotions don’t work, and its support is ineffective. Don’t waste your time or money here — it’s simply not worth it.

Marsbet casino is another new addition to AG site and as the casino does not belong to my trusted groups, I was a bit apprehensive for signing up but after reading some good reviews I finally decided to play here. The sign-up process was quick and before signing up by I had to choose one currency out of RUB, Euro, USD, GBP, INR, BRL and Thai baht. The minimum amount for deposit and withdrawal at the casino is €10 and €20 respectively.

The casino is following the current trend of having sports bet, live casino and slots all in their profile and the casino is quite successful in doing so by providing every aspect of gambling. The sports section has got more than 50 sports plus e sports events available for live betting with great odds. The live casino section has great table and card games with providers like Evolution, Playtech, Pragmatic and many more live casino providers.

The slot section has more than 50 slot providers that come together to give more than 5700 slots. All your favourite slot providers like BTG, red Tiger, Netent, Play’nGo, Thunderkick, Pragmatic play and many more are present here. The casino has daily cash back bonusses on your losses of up to 10%. The casino also gives a great 100% bonus up to €200 and 100 free spins. The casino requires you to wager the bonus funds 35 times in 30 days for the funds to be available for withdrawal.

I have so far made just one deposit of €180 and had a great experience. The games were smooth and all games worked without any bugs. The verification is quick and you need to upload your documents on your profile page and after verification you will receive an email. It is a great new casino which players should definitely try it.

What I like about this site is that it has many games and there are live games too. Nice providers they work with so that makes it fun. Also for new players you will receive a deposit bonus and multiple payment methods.

I am fine with the fact that they work better with betting than online games. however, the site just keeps on crashing whenever I try to cash out. I don't know if it's intentional or not. but it has happened to me thrice already. Plus limited chat hours which is not convenient.

Marsbet is a relatively cool online casino because of its customer support. It also has a large selection of games from top-tier game providers and a reasonable set of casino bonuses for all kinds of gamblers.

One tiny detail that made Marsbet 1 point shy from 10 is that some of its pages don't work. I mean they can be openned, but there won't be contents even after reloading. This can last for an entire day which is worrying as I don't want to miss a good time to play.

There are many types of games / providers.
There are many options for payment methods
good and fast correct answer from support. Correctly
I think if you don't like to ask for the bonus then I recommend this casino site.

I will add it to the user of jooka. I also don't like the 100 freespin connection. really 0.01 bet. This is my first time in my life. I got 3 times scatter from 100 freespin and I only won 3 euros from just 100 freespin. I think this is a very bad offer from any casino. I don’t recommend it to anyone who loves a good bonus.

New to this casino so don't have anything yet worth to mention.
Disappointed with welcome bonus but without any positive things about Marsbet.

Welcome bonus is : 100% + 100 free spins on Book of Dead.
But what they don't tell you is that free spins are on 0,01€ bet and on one line only, so the value of 100 free spins is 1€.

Marsbet is one of the new online casinos being advertised here at AskGamblers.

After seeing this good rating, this particular casino has, I decided to join the casino. After my registration, I wanted to verify my account so I went to the documents section but there was no button in order to upload any doc. So I contacted the live chat and asked about this matter. The support had to request the documents from me in order to make this upload button available to me. I then uploaded my documents and everything was okay.

I also checked the casino's bonus terms and found out that they offer a generous 100% match deposit bonus and 100 free spins on book of dead. Bonus terms do not state anything about max bet, excluded slots. For some reason this is quite odd to be honest. I made my deposit in order to spend some time here and the bonus was added automatically. Of course I will talk about this tactic later. Anyway, the casino for me is a no go.

Let me tell you now about this casino.
For all the players out here who want to spend some money and play normal, do not make any deposit here. Just look away and find a better casino to join. Let me explain.

The first deposit bonus is a 100% and 100 free spin on book of dead. Here is something that you do not know. The free spins are not 0.10 cents per bet but with a fixed 1 line and a bet of just 0.01 cent. So to sum it up the 100 free spins are worth 1 single euro. This is the first time I encountered anything like that in my life.

Support also was ready for this complaint, since there have been well informed what to say. I would like also to say that support denied to changed the bet stating as quoted '' it is what it is''. The worst casino I have ever seen up to this date.

Also, note that the casino allows you to use VPN. The reason is that all of the games do not open for like 90% of the countries so you need to use VPN in order to be able to play. Stay away from this casino.
Honestly, if I had the chance to add a negative rating I would. I recommend AskGamblers to change the rating of the casino immediately for the purposes of fair advertising.

- Quick withdrawals
- Listening support
- Big choice of games I found my happiness
- Awesome responsible gaming, taking a break or self-exclusion and for me the most important point in a casino I did not find an equivalent

- Maybe more payment methods but I see that new ones have arrived
- Otherwise I did not find any negative points because luck was there on my side.

I remember signing up at this casino and received 10 euro no deposit bonus. The wager was x35 with max cash out of 1000 euro, which is great for a no deposit bonus. I know Mars Casino and thought maybe this is another brand under the same owner, however, I was mistaken. Also, their cash-out time frames seem better than the one operating under Direx N.V.

The signed process was very easy and did not have any trouble. Even claiming the 10 euro no deposit bonus was a breeze, however, you need to verify yourself first with uploading documents, but it took 30 minutes and live support added the bonus. Live chat is available very quickly and addresses your concerns easily as well.

They have a lot of games from respected providers including a live casino. So, whether you want to spin the wheel on Monopoly or have a Crazy time go ahead. They cater to all sorts of players, including those who love table games.

After I had my 10 euro, I had a big win and got my balance just over 50 euro, but soon I lost it all. Guess lady luck was not with me during my session, but winning is just hard in general.

They have a good welcome bonus of 100% and 100 free spins, but I hardly claim these, as wagering is just too difficult to complete these days. You can also claim a 20% daily bonus if you were not lucky with your welcome bonus, and the wager is on the bonus amount only, so that is very good.

Overall the website performance is great and they seem like a trusted bunch. I would deposit here in the future without a bonus. So verification took 30 minutes and I can believe withdrawals will only take a few hours or even less. I guess you need to take a spin, to see if this casino satisfies your needs.
