When you go check your withdrawal status it gives you this message: "You already have an active withdrawal request. If you wish to withdraw more funds, please cancel your previous request (just click the "Cancel" button on the transaction detailed in the "Pending withdrawal" section on this page) and request for a withdrawal with the overall sum you wish to withdraw." I mean how obvious is that?
- Every time I log in, whether I have money on my balance or not, chat bot opens offering "great bonus" and this cannot be changed.
