Money went missing when trying to deposit on the site. It didn't go into my gambling account but out off my bank account. I think if you don't win big you're not gonna have any issue cause the average delay for a withdraw is like 3 days and after it's validate it's instant on you're bank account. But when you win big like me ( almost 15k) the troll begin ... Max one withdraw of 500 every day and ni more than tree requests pending a the same time , and if course maximum 7k per month ... The few good things I can say about Lunubet casino are that they provide a good amount of fun games to be played. And the welcome casino bonus is very nice.
They are not helping me to verify my account, and they keep stalling on the complaint I have made. They are not giving me any information on what I can do to solve the problem or what the problem even is. They are holding my money hostage at this point. I can not recommend this casino if you are interested in actually getting your money out.
