I’m requesting assistance with a dispute against LuckyDreams (license OGL/2024/164/0246). The casino withheld winnings (~€21,000) citing a max-bet bonus breach, but failed to provide verifiable proof logs despite written deadlines, and there are inconsistent statements about the bonus status at 2026-01-05 22:38:43 UTC. All key evidence is available and can be provided.

1. I played at LuckyDreams (Just Entertainment B.V., license OGL/2024/164/0246).

2. Deposit: €200 on 2026-01-05 19:55:17 UTC. Bonus “VIP Monday Reload” applied at 19:55:21 UTC.

3. The casino later confiscated winnings (~€21,000) Voting a €5 maximum bet limit while the bonus was active.

4. Casino email states the last bet “during an active bonus” was 2026-01-05 22:31:22 UTC.

5. Casino’s own bet-history export (XLSX) contains a key transaction after that: 2026-01-05 22:38:43 UTC (Bet 400 / Win 7,136.60 / balance peak 22,719.67).

6. Live support chat stated: “I can see the bonus was active on 05.01.2026, but I cannot see any activity with this bonus at 22:38:43.”

7. I requested proof-critical evidence (bonus-active flag per bet, wallet type per bet, round/session IDs, ledger for 22:25–22:50 UTC) and set a written deadline incl. a one-time extension.

8. The deadline elapsed without the requested evidence. Deposit withdrawal €200 was paid successfully, but the winnings dispute remains unresolved.

9. I request that the casino either (a) provide full logs/ledger/round IDs to verify bonus status and wallet funding at 22:38:43 UTC, or (b) settle based on the post-22:31 net profit derived from their export.

I’m extremely disappointed and furious with LuckyDreams Casino. I had ONE verified account with them (linked to [email protected]), played fairly, and built up $1400 in winnings. As soon as I tried to withdraw, they permanently closed my account, falsely accusing me of having multiple accounts—which is a complete lie.

They claimed my withdrawal was “escalated” and needed to go through security checks, but after 6 days of waiting, I’ve received nothing but copy-paste replies and empty promises. No updates. No answers. Just stalling. They’ve been dragging me like a dog, with zero transparency and no resolution in sight.

This is blatant theft. I earned that money legitimately, and now they’re hiding behind “procedures” to avoid paying out. If you value your money and sanity, STAY AWAY from LuckyDreams. This site is untrustworthy, manipulative, and preys on honest players.

I’ll be taking further action and reporting them to regulators. Do yourself a favor and avoid this casino at all costs.

To be fair to them they have a huge amount of really good games. All the best ones. The welcome bonus is also pretty big which is why I was attracted in the first place.

They make it so hard to withdraw at this casino. Obviously it's very easy for them to take your money but they aren't as quick at giving back anything to you. After hours of uploading docs, I was then told it could take 10 days to receive my winnings.
