We deeply apologise for the issue you have encountered and the delay experienced regarding the missing funds.
Further to the review of your records, we see that you have reached out to our support regarding a total missing of 2x20€ rather than 60€ - these transactions appear on our end as rejected by the bank, however in exceptional circumstances there may be cases where funds were set aside from your bank side but never reaching successfully our end.
Since the moment you have contacted us we have escalated the matter to be investigated with the bank acquirer but regrettably such investigation is taking longer than expected.
At this point in time we have not received confirmation from our acquirer that the funds were successfully sent to us, however given the delay you have experienced, we are happy to credit the 40€ cash to your account as a manual gesture of goodwill for you. Please rest assured that the investigation will continue in any way.
Once again we apologise for the lengthy delay and inconvenience caused.
