Deposited here one time, and no sir, it was a mistake. Should've listened to my instinct when I opened boring, robot-looking like website, and it wasn't the only Robot thing on the website. Yes, you guessed, support, and im not the only on heaving this issue. I'm kind of mad I deposited here, even after seeing all the comments here, I guess I wanted to make sure, which I unfortunately did....lesson learned

Don't trust luckydays with your deposit. They have this weird policy of 30 mins to confirm the bitcoin transaction. If the transaction takes bit longer, you end up losing your money on transaction charges all the time.

Their finance team takes longer to respond to process refund for the transaction which takes more than 30 mins, though it is not customer's fault. But we end up losing 30 usd each time on transaction charges.

Dear lucky days please acknowledge that it is not your customer at fault.

I felt scammed, been playing 20 years and have never had my own deposit classified as bonus and taken from me.

I can see making a bonus un-withdraw-able for not completing requirements or removing bonus dollars for early withdrawal requests, this is commonplace in the industry, but the removal of my own deposit, my money, within 72 hours is just a disgusting policy set by this very young and inexperienced casino.
