Hi Push2damaxi, Thank you for such a detailed review. We are really glad to hear you enjoyed the variety of games, smooth gameplay, and the support team’s help. It is great to know the whole experience has been fun and easy for you. Regards the KingPalace Team
Really solid casino, they’ve got all the payment options you’d need, and withdrawals have been fast every time. The game selection’s great too, all my favorites are there. But honestly, the best part for me has been their customer support. Super helpful and actually quick to respond, which you don’t see often.
Hi SlayDaDealer Really appreciate you taking the time to share this. It means a lot that our support team made a difference for you and I will pass that on to them. Happy to know you are enjoying the games and the smooth payments too. Regards the KingPalace Team
The clean and simple user interface is refreshing. Most casinos have too many features and don't focus on being clean and simple. The RTP is excellent and kept me playing for hours. I'll definitely be back! I loved the experience. They have the best games and there's no shortage of live table games or slots.
So far, I have nothing bad to say about KingPalace. I really enjoyed the experience and time I spent at the online casino, and I recommend giving it a try.
Hello Tomas We have spent alot of time building a platform that we know people will love and its GREAT to hear that this is being appreciated by our players Keep an eye out for even MORE exciting new games and features launching soon!
Excellent casino recommended, pays quickly, good games, easy to win, good payouts, recommended. Play jokers Jewels and 5 Lions, good casino, King Palace.
Hiya Seistrock Great to have you join us and so happy to hear you are having a good time To many more wins!
I love the different slots. I love how helpful the staff is. The live casino has so many different games. So many different options. I love the promos that come when your VIP member. I love this setup of this site. I love how the staff interacting are so helpful. Recommend this place
The wagering requirements are a bit ridiculous. Sometimes a staff are a little slow to help, but they ultimately do help. I don't like how some of the games don't load. I don't like the kyc verification. It's a little slow as well and maybe the depositing methods could be better
Hi Havokilla Thanks for this valuable feedback We hear you and will be sure to pass these onto the relevant team members to address soonest
King Palace Casino is really good, with a wide range of games and several different providers! It is also worth taking into consideration agility when offering support! I recommend!!!

You have a huge selection of games to choose from - some familiar and some more obscure - and you will never be bored. The platform itself is designed intuitively and super easy to navigate. Bonuses are decent, wide selection of games to choose from, and the customer support team are always friendly and ready to help.
I haven’t had any bad experiences yet.
Thanks for the kind words Uthman199! Happy to hear that you feel like a VIP with us :)
Have had no negative experiences with this casino so far. The no deposit bonuses are good and fair wagering requirements. So far I would recommend this casino.
Thank you for joining us! It's great to hear you are having a royal experience :)
Haven’t been here long but it’s a good casino for bonuses! It’s got a lot of good providers also. Welcome no deposit is quite good aswell. But overall I think this casino is going too go far and be quiet a popular casino.
Don’t have anything negative. As I haven’t played here for very long 😌 it can be a bit laggy and slow at times but other wise it’s a good casino all round.
Hey Reaktahj Thanks for the feedback! We aim to please and happy that you are enjoying our bonuses!

Love having you with us! Best believe we only just getting started!
I have been a member of King Palace casino for a little over 2 months. I like the fact that King Palace casino is similar to a online casino forum that I am currently a member of. Also withdrawals are super fast as I received mine via bank transfer in less then 24 hours. Live support chat is quick to respond in regards to any queries and I love that it is open 24/7 for their patrons. Minimum NZ deposit is $10 which is excellent in my point of view. My advice to anyone looking to join a new online casino is sign up at King Palace 👍🏻
Hi Pegz1909 You going to make us blush! So happy to hear you are enjoying your time with us :)
I’ve played at many online casinos, but King Palace Casino truly sets itself apart with its exceptional customer service. From the moment I signed up, they made me feel valued—they actually called to personally welcome me and offered generous bonuses right away! The level of care here is unmatched. I had a minor issue where a game glitched, and instead of giving me the usual runaround, their team instantly credited me with free spins—no questions asked! It’s refreshing to see a casino that truly puts players first. Depositing is fast and hassle-free, with a good variety of payment methods available. Transactions go through smoothly, and I’ve never had any issues funding my account. Game Variety & Platform Experience. King Palace Casino offers a solid selection of games, the search mechanism is snappy and easy to use so its a breeze finding your favourite games and exploring new ones.
The only thing I wish they had is a dedicated mobile app. The website works fine on mobile, but an app would make access even smoother. Hopefully, that’s something they introduce in the future!
Hi Ob1kenob We put ALOT of effort into our customer support to make sure that everyone is treated like a VIP! Re: the mobile app.... Watch this space ;)
I’ve tried a lot of online casinos, but KingPalace Casino has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. The game selection is amazing. if you’re looking for a trustworthy, fun, and rewarding casino, I’d highly recommend KingPalace Casino. I had a small issue with a bonus once, and they sorted it out within minutes through live chat. Their customer support is top-notch!
I’ll definitely keep playing here!
Hey GloriousBastard Amazing to hear that all of our hard work is paying off.... For us.... Everyone needs to be treated like a VIP!
KingPalace – an excellent online casino for gambling enthusiasts! 🎰🔥
I really liked the stylish design and user-friendly interface – everything is intuitive, making it easy to find the right games. The selection of entertainment is impressive: slots, table games, and a live casino with real dealers. 🎲💰
The bonus system is generous, offering great welcome bonuses and regular promotions for players. Payment methods are convenient, and withdrawals are processed smoothly and quite quickly.
Customer support is efficient – they respond promptly and help resolve any issues. Overall, it's a great casino where you can not only have a good time but also win! 💸✨
Hi HardRebot Such a great review.... THANK YOU! We put alot of effort into the customer experience and its nice to hear you are enjoying it!
King Palace Casino delivers a luxurious gaming experience with its sleek, intuitive interface and an impressive array of games ranging from slots to table games and live dealer options. The site’s design exudes elegance, making navigation effortless, and its mobile platform ensures a smooth experience on the go. Additionally, enticing welcome bonuses and ongoing promotions significantly enhance gameplay, allowing players to extend their time on the site and enjoy a truly immersive atmosphere.
On the downside, the casino’s payment options are somewhat limited, which may restrict flexibility for deposits and withdrawals. Customer support, although friendly, sometimes struggles with responsiveness during peak periods, leading to longer wait times. Moreover, the relatively high wagering requirements for bonuses can make it challenging for players to fully benefit from the promotional offers, potentially detracting from the overall experience.
Hello Zacprestin Thank you for your honesty We take this feedback very seriously and we have passed on all of your concerns to our casino team to make sure that we fix these and give you the best possible players experience possible :)
King Palace Online Casino is fantastic! The site is easy to use, and there’s a great variety of games—from slots to live dealer options. The graphics and gameplay are top-notch, and customer support is always helpful. I love the generous bonuses and smooth withdrawals. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an exciting and reliable online casino experience!
Hi Nyxx2222 Thank you for this amazing review At the end of the day, if you are happy then we are on the right track! Watch this space... We only just getting started :)
I really enjoy playing at KingPalace Casino! The game selection is fantastic, with a great mix of slots, table games, and live dealers. The platform is user-friendly, and everything runs smoothly, even on mobile. I also appreciate the generous bonuses and promotions, which make playing even more exciting. Plus, the customer support team is always helpful and quick to respond. Overall, it’s a top-notch casino experience!
Overall, my experience with KingPalace Casino has been great! If I had to mention one thing, it would be that I’d love to see even more promotions for loyal players. The existing bonuses are great, but a VIP or loyalty program would make it even better. That being said, the platform is smooth, the games are exciting, and customer support is always helpful!
Hello Mezzhennikov Thank you for your open and honest feedback! We HEAR you and will pass on your feedback to our customer support team Please do note that we do have a very robust loyalty programme which can be found on your profile :)
King Palace Casino offers an elegant and immersive gaming experience that feels like a luxury destination. The website design is sleek, with a royal aesthetic that sets the tone for a fun and exciting time. The registration process is easy, and players can quickly dive into a variety of casino games.
Pros:
-Variety of Games: The casino offers a good selection of slots, table games, and live dealer options, ensuring that players have plenty to choose from.
-User-Friendly Interface: Navigation on the site is intuitive, and it’s easy to find your favorite games or explore new ones.
-Bonuses and Promotions: King Palace Casino offers enticing welcome bonuses and regular promotions that can boost your gameplay and extend your time on the site.
-Mobile-Friendly: The casino's mobile platform works smoothly, so you can play on the go without any issues.
Limited Payment Options: While the casino supports several popular payment methods, there could be more choices for players looking for flexibility in deposits and withdrawals.
Customer Support: The support team is friendly but could be more responsive, especially during peak hours when wait times can be frustrating.
Wagering Requirements: The wagering requirements for bonuses can be high, making it more challenging to fully benefit from the promotions offered.
Overall, King Palace Casino is a solid choice for casual players and those looking for a royal-themed gaming experience. However, there are some areas—like payment options and customer support—that could use improvement. If you're looking for a fun, easy-to-navigate casino, this could be a great option, but keep in mind the need to work through some of the site's quirks.
Hi Krasen88 So happy to hear that you are enjoying your time with us Please do note that our cashier team is CONSTANTLY updating payment options to ensure that you have multiple ways to transact. Please be rest assured that we are on it :)
One of the standout features of Kingpalace is the extensive range of sports and events available for betting. From mainstream sports like football and basketball to niche markets like esports, there's something for everyone. The live betting feature is particularly exciting, allowing users to place bets in real-time as games unfold
As a passionate fan of slot machines, I was eager to try out the various titles available at Kingpalace. However, I was shocked to find that, due to regulatory restrictions in Austria, the casino does not provide any slot options. This absence is a major drawback for players who enjoy the thrill of spinning reels and chasing jackpots. The lack of slots not only limits the gaming experience but also detracts from the overall appeal of the casino.
Hello Gorggd We hear you! Please note that Austria is a market that is due to be opened up soon and you will have THOUSANDS of slots to choose from.
KingPalace I found everything I was looking for: a huge selection of slots, table games, and live dealers. The website interface is user-friendly, and navigation is straightforward, even for beginners. I really liked the bonus program – generous welcome bonuses and regular promotions make the gaming experience even more enjoyable. Withdrawals are fast and reliable, with funds usually arriving within a day. Customer support is always available and helps resolve any issues promptly. Also enjoy the bonus's they have to offer. All and all a good casino from my experience so far.
No bad things to say for now at KingPalace at the moment. I've enjoyed the experience and my time with the online casino and would recommend to give it a go.
Its a pleasure to have you joining us DNERO! Our goal is to have everyone feel like Royalty and we are happy to hear that your experience has lived up to this!
Good and reliable casino. The first casino where I managed to win a couple of big wins (xx xxx €). Withdrawal also works with big withdrawals. After the first big win, they asked for more documents, but everything went well.
Customer service is good and fast.
Withdrawals are apparently not processed on weekends, but otherwise i can't find anything negative about the casino. I only play slots, so i can't say anything about sports betting.
Congrats T.K91! Hopefully many more BIG WINS await :)
King Palace site has very nice design and lot of games to play, the interface is super good and fast. Love playing here.
The customer service is swift and nice. Keep up the good work KP :)
Thank you Pavan25! Our goal to have every player feel like a VIP
This king palace casino fascinates me, it is the best I have played in and the bonuses they offer are the best, the best of all is that it does not ask for a high rollover, I have already withdrawn more than $10,000 and deposited little, there is no casino that It is compared to the king's palace.

The clean and simple user interface is refreshing. Most casinos have too much going on, and do not focus on being clean and simple. The RTP is great and had me playing for hours. I will def be back! loved the experience. They have all the best games and there is no shortage of live table games or slots.
no sportsbook yet, but the customer support told me it will be live very soon! looking forward to using KingPalace for my multiplier sports bets and having it as a one stop destination for all betting.
Hi ONovak Thank you! We really focused on building something that we knew our users would love! Sportsbook coming soon.... Watch this space ;)
I've never managed to get a withdrawal done here yet, but I chose this casino because they have a small minimum deposit. It reminds me of other casinos like Slotv for example, the site looks similar. They also have sportsbetting available which is nice.
