Bonus system: bonus system and terms are sloppy.
Every single time they send me a promotion and I try to claim it, I run into the same dilemma, bonus is not credited accordingly, I send email to support and get unsatisfying reply after 3 days which not addresses my problem, I send them another email and another. This seems to be a common issues in all Nektan casinos I played on.
Misleading promotions: I got this promotion offer from them:
"We are throwing in 100 Free Spins on top of a 100% Deposit match!" to discover later that they are not actually free spins, but a 25 SEK (less than 3euro) bonus fund.25 SEK instead of 100 free spin? Imagine that!
Slow support: seems like casino support is out of this planet, you get unsatisfying reply after 3 days even when it is working days. not to mention the lack of live support
Accessibility: Finding your favor game is like trying to find a needle in a haystack, no search feature and invoking the start menu is a pure pain.(PC version)

If a casino existed in hell then this would be the devils favourite. Ridiculous wagering requirements and very poor promotions. They look good on the face of it but the wagering is farcical. £40 bonus had £2900 wagering.
Wins are much lower than other sites when free spins are won in game.
Bonus spins offered by the site require wagering and they are not applied to your bonus. You can only wager on the chosen game the bonus was given which is very flawed.
